The apartment:



This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Carefully refurbished paying attention to the smallest detail, it makes the most of the light and space, offering guests maximum comfort.



On the ground floor there is an open-plan space consisting of a lounge with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area.



Going up some metal stairs you access the upper floor, where we find a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.



The open and luminous spaces that communicate the two floors confer upon the environment great amplitude and a captivating aesthetic.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
