This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Renovated with care down to the smallest detail, it maximises light and space, offering its guests the utmost comfort.



On the ground floor, there is a diaphanous space formed by a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area.



Climbing up some metal stairs, you access the upper floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.



The open and luminous spaces that connect the two floors confer on the environment a great sense of spaciousness and a captivating aesthetic.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
