Dans un bâtiment entièrement intérieur flambant neuf, mais avec une façade d'origine à l'extérieur sur la rue Huertas populaire, très proche de Prado, Thyssen et Reina Sofia et le Palacio Real, dans le centre historique de Madrid, le célèbre Barrio de las Letras. Perfect for our short stay

We traveled through Madrid on the way to a music festival in Malaga. Location was perfect for exploring on foot. Vibrant neighborhood close to museums and many restaurants. Very comfortable bed and living area/kitchen. Would stay here again!

Great apartment convenient to attractions and restaurants. Loved the little balcony. And there was a nice living area with sofa and small table. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but there was one - also a washer in the apartment as well. Was perfect for our needs and Gorete was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location

We had an excellent short stay in this property. The accomodations for 2 are perfect. Everything worked as stated. We had a little difficulty getting in due to extenuating circumstances but were still in before the check in time and communication was excellent. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Always a great stay

This was the third time we stayed at this property, we love it. It’s a nice apartment in a great location. It’s walkable to all the attractions in the area with good restaurants and cafes nearby. You do get a little bit of street noise from things closing down but it has never bothered us.Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Outstanding stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property (first time 5 years ago) and it was excellent, once again. The owner was easy to reach and responsive from booking to checkout. The place was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It was a bit cold in Madrid during our visit, but the apartment’s heating/AC kept us very comfortable. We highly recommend and will book again!

Exceptional location and beautiful apartment!

The apartment is as nice in person as the pictures. Very clean and I appreciated being met at the door when I arrived. The location was in the center of everything- I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I traveled by myself and felt very safe. I will stay here again when I return.

Very central location to many Madrid attractions. Apartment itself was quite nice, bread at one floor up the street noise and cigarette smoke at night was intolerable.

Great location

Great centrally located apartment. Could use some fresh paint and updated furniture. The sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Fortunately, there were extra pillows to help out. The owner was great and genuinely wanted to make sure our visit was memorable.

Beautiful apartment & great location

High spec property run by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful owner - thanks Gorete!!. Location is smack in the middle of the city, very convenient for sightseeing on foot or by metro, yet relatively quiet during the early hours. Plenty of options nearby for bars and restaurants. Highly recommend a stay at this or its adjoining apartments - without question we would re-book when we next visit Madrid.

Perfect in every way!

This is our second stay at this beautiful and most lovely apartment! Loved it even more the second time! Great location with a perfect place to relax - gorgeous linens; fluffy towels, and just about everything else you need. Gorete is wonderful and shares so much information - truly remarkable!!

Very positive experience and a great way to start off our trip.

We though the apartment was great: well appointed, clean, and in a super location. Gorete and her staff anticipated every question with a helpful notebook containing instructions, recommendations, points of interest, etc. They also made themselves available for contact if necessary (we didn't have any reason to though). I would definitely recommend a stay here!
