Great !

The appartment is particularly well located in Chueca. It is very close to all touristic places in Madrid. The appartment is very clean, clear and well equipped. The terrace on the roof is particularly great to enjoy cool evenings after the long walks around the city. I highly recommend this place if you are in good shape because it is situated on the 4th floor.

Heaven in Madrid

What a fabulous treat. Alberto’s home was welcoming, chic, and everything it was promised to be. He was communicative, friendly, and an absolute lovely person. The beds were comfortable, the patio was fabulous (although, we wish the cushions were out on the chairs so we could spend more time there) only fault is we ran out of hot water when we both showered in the morning. (Although we are two ladies, so that may be an us problem) - I’ll be staying here next time in Madrid which will hopefully be soon!!

The penthouse looks great and it is on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator. Me and 3 friends had terrible experiences climbing up the stairs and going down with our luggage. We had to stop on every floor to rest. You will need a Wi-Fi in order to unlock the doors on the first floor and to the unit. The second level of the unit has a squeaky floor. The penthouse has a nice roof deck but we didn’t get a chance to use it because of the weather plus we were out all day the entire stay. We also got 2 towels per person for 6 days. Overall experience was GOOD.

Place was clean and spacious but bathroom sink was not draining very well. There are no paper towels in the kitchen. Dryer/washer duo was a plus. We ran out of toilet paper on day 3. The rooftop was nice but the chairs had no cushions for anyone to sit on. There was no spices of any kind left over in the kitchen. No laundry detergent. From previous places we’ve been to there’s usually leftover stuff for the next people to use. The host was super responsive to all my questions. Overall a great stay but some improvements can be made
