The location of this apartment was the best thing about it. The apartment itself could use some renovation, specifically in the bathrooms and floors throughout. The tile on the floors were broken, the doors were broken, the bathrooms had no vent so smelled of mildew. The drain in each shower weren’t affixed to the floor. There was no way to clean the rug in the living room as there was no vacuum cleaner in the unit. The WiFi worked intermittently. The door to the building worked intermittently. The app they used to operate the doors had a lot of buggy issues. The faucets in the bathrooms sprayed water everywhere. With all that said, we still enjoyed our vacation and fell in love with Madrid. I just wouldn’t come back to this property, if I could help it.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Emplacement parfait, rue tranquille, appartement spacieux et convivial. De plus, la communication avec l'hôte était efficace et parfaite. Je recommande fortement.

Great family stay in La Latina, excellent location

Great location near all services and transportation. The flat was nicely furnished and had everything needed for our stay. It was very noisy at night in the bedroom closer to the street. The quality of the Wifi was varying. We sometimes had trouble opening the front door, the app was working well but we had to wait for around one minute for the door to open.
