It is packed with tourist attractions, such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol (whose famous clock sounds on New Year's Eve), as well as many museums (Reina Sofía Museum, Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum), cinemas and theatres, just a part of the city's wide cultural offer.
This magnificent apartment is located in a 1950s building that has been completely renovated to combine original elements with modern touches. Each apartment also has central air conditioning.
The NoMad 2 apartment is a modern 93 m2 three-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. The main bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds; and the remaining bedroom has a single bed. There are durable porcelain tiles throughout and air conditioning in all rooms.
There are two bathrooms, both with built-in showers and lined with colourful cement tiles to give them a classic look that highlights modern touches. In the living-dining room there is a table for six people and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a perfect stay (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ceramic hob).

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
