This apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and has capacity for 6 people. It is designed and equipped to efficiently utilise the space and offer maximum comfort thanks to high-end furniture and equipment.
The dining room has a table for 6 diners. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and crockery necessary for a comfortable stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds (two of which are folding and integrate a practical desk). All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 350 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
There is fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

Metro: Close to Manuel Becerra station (250m) – (lines 2 and 6)
Public parking: 250m away (Dr. Esquerdo Street, 8).
BiciMAD: station 108, 400m away.
The flat measures 56m2.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
