Atlas House is a super duper 3/4 bedroom house that is perfect for you! Whether it's for work or play we want you to be able to get comfortable and relax after a busy day.
With allocated parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the house, there is space for a small car in the garage and space large enough for a big van on the drive; we can also provide parking permits for street parking. Alternatively it is only a 1.2 mile walk or 4-minute taxi ride from Derby Railway Station. Pride Park Stadium, Alvaston Park, Derby Arboretum, Derby College (just to name a few) are within walking distance, with several gyms, restaurants and a superstore nearby. It is only a little further (6 minutes by car) into the town centre.
For those on business, Atlas House is situated on the edge of Pride Park and only a short walk down the road to Bombardier, London Road Community Hospital and Rolls Royce.
The property can accommodate up to 9 people, with up to 6 separate beds and the dining table can extend to seat everyone too!! To encourage a bit of relaxation, there is a comfortable lounge with a TV offering Netflix so you can put your feet up and enjoy some online entertainment. To get you going in the morning, there is a lovely coffee machine, with a range of complimentary coffee pods, tea or hot chocolate available....depending upon how you wish to start you day!

We’re sorry to hear about the noise outside. As you mentioned, it’s unfortunately not something we can control, but we do appreciate you letting us know.
Regarding the late checkout fee, this helps us manage our housekeeping schedule and ensures the property can be prepared to the same high standard for the next guests. We aim to keep this as minimal as possible while maintaining a consistent level of service.
