Great location with sun all day in the garden. Great view of the sea and the sunset. Spacious villa, 3 good size bedrooms. Owner Demi was always on hand if you needed to communicate with her. Pool area was nice and there was plenty of space for all the family to relax. Used the bbq a few times. Kathikas the village is also a nice little village. It's a peaceful location away from the busier tourist spots, but can quite easily (if you have a car) get down to the beaches and towns of Paphos on the one side and Polis on the other. Would recommend this place to stay.

An Awesome stay with very kind owners! we strongly recommend!

Our stay in this house was wonderful! We strongly recommend this residence: the owners are great people of great kindness and always present to help you if necessary. The house is very quiet, very nice and has a very nice view. As for the pool it is great! Many thanks to you Demi and your nice family, we will come back for sure!

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location

We had a great holiday in Cyprus. The Villa was perfect, clean and modern with everything that a family of 6 required. The owners were extremely helpful and even provided a fridge stocked with essential food for when we arrived. The climate up in the mountain was perfect, allowing us to sit out all day and evening. We will certainly be going back

FANTASTIC

Stayed here 2 weeks 6/9-20/9 this year The villa is immaculate and modern, everything you need, and a welcome pack of essentials ready for you. The bed in master bedroom is so comfy it's hard to get up! The bathroom ( one of three) is ensuite and immaculate as well as roomy. The outside area is spacious with a beautiful outlook, and I cannot stress how peaceful it is . We would usually go to beach on other stays but here there was no way we was going anywhere, perfect WiFi ment music all day by delightful pool. We stay in Cyprus regularly but this is by far our favourite villa, so much so we found it hard to leave and are going back next year!!! The owners are amazing to, Maria who's close by, showed my husband which fresh figs were best to pick off tree outside villa and we also got invited in for a delicious coffee and chat, what more could you want ...... Forget the rest, this is the best

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this villa. Villa Taki. There were many things wrong with the rental unit - thats the best way to describe it, rather than a villa. My wife and I had a lovely time but that’s because we didn’t let the issues take over the holiday. However the property is certainly NOT luxury. Far from it. We found Villa Taki, Taki by name, Taki by nature. With a very long list of issues that should have been fixed before customers arrived. Ripped curtains, leaking washing machine, front door that doesn’t shut unless locked shut. On suite shower unusable, hardly any water power. Broken sun loungers. Crap stored under stairs. 2 incorrect WiFi codes supplied by property owner. Safe didn’t work even with lasted key. Dreadful air con with laughable rules about its use, not to mention the risk of rashes and ear infections if used below 24 degrees! Head boards broken and not secured to beds or walls. TV didn’t work for 2 days. No bug nets on windows and doors. Nothing luxurious about this rental unit. Signs on approach all faded and on last legs. However the property was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The property is of a high standard very comfortable with excellent contents and fittings

From the moment we booked and had contact with Demi I knew we had chosen wisely.The information we received was absolutely spot on, the trip from the airport in the hire car was made less stressful with the wonderful directions from Demi. Arrival at property was more impressive than the photo gallery. Furnishings really comfortable bed very comfortable slept very well even though it was in the high 30s we didn't use the Aircon just left the windows open felt so safe to do so. The pool from the patio was so relaxing to look at and cooling in the July heat.The fruit trees had so much fruit shame we were too early to pick any. The house really is home from home so relaxing and quiet. Knowing Demi and her Mum were at hand was very reassuring they left us to our own devices but they gave us a wonderful start to our holiday with an extremely comprehensive food packaging,how wonderful. We will return in a couple of years just need to work out when the best time is for the fruit to be picked. Once again a very big thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Ron and Mandy

We enjoyed a relaxed and peaceful holiday at this villa. It is set in the mountains with views of the sea below. Perfect location. Short walk to some nice restaurants and a shop. Bus stop nearby but easier to have a car. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Air conditioning in each room. The property is well maintained and equipped with a private garden and pool. The pool is clean and pleasantly warmed by the sun. Gardeners attend weekly to maintain the lawn and clean up leaves and pool guy attended twice a week that we noticed to clean and adjust the chemicals. The property owners were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages. We would highly recommend for families or couples to stay here.

Excellent Villa

Villa is in a lovely setting with all you could need for your stay. A car is required as it is set in the mountains and is about 30 mins from the harbour and restaurants. Demi was a great host and was very responsive to any queries we had.

Schöne Unterkunft abseits von jeglichem Tourismusrummel

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Villa war toll. Der Ort ist schnuckelig, abseits gelegen. Tavernen gibts es dort aber erstaunlicherweise genug. Sie sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Und auch ein Tante-Emma-Laden ist vor Ort. Alle Menschen dort sind sehr nett! Im Oktober war es aufm Berg frischer als erwartet. Den Pool haben wir wenig genutzt. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind sehenswert. Das Klima ist im Oktober sehr angenehm.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, la villa est spacieuse et trés charmante, la piscine un atout indéniable Si nous devions emettre une critique ca serait le manque d’objets menagers : nous avons du racheter des sacs poubelles, pq, essuis-tout, tablette de machine a laver etc Toutefois ce désagrement était minime. Par ailleurs la famille qui nous a accueilli était très attentionnée. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette villa

A star 🌟 property

Could not have wished for a better villa, it was so idyllic. The views from back were wow!!! There was everything there we needed. Also peaceful and quiet . Demi and her mum Maria are lovely people couldn’t do enough for you . There was even a stocked up fridge on our arrival Which is great when you arrive late at night. The little taverns around Kathikas are also very nice and serve great food . Sterna winery is also worth a visit the wine is delicious., And all very close by . The villa was perfect for us and we wished we could stay longer . Highly recommend it, we shall definitely be going back 👍🏻

Fantastic peaceful break in a very nice villa, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Villa Takis and we throughly enjoyed ourselves . The family that own the villa are absolutely delightful and made us feel extremely welcome. The villa itself is of a very high standards with all necessary amenities that you need whilst away from home. Beautiful peaceful surroundings in a quite village. if you are wishing to do a bit of sight seeing I would recommend a car hire to get around as the villa is situated on a mountain. A welcome pack was left for us at the villa which consisted of food and drinks which was a lovely surprise to the start of our holiday. I would highly recommend the villa and be rest assured that the owners will endeavour to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one. Rgds Samena
