A Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa located close to the pretty village of Peyia, Paphos, about 2km from Coral Bay. Furnished to a comfortable standard and is located on a small complex of Villas,
The Villa is in its own fenced grounds with mature well maintained garden with lemon and fruit trees-please help yourself- very welcoming swimming pool and good size sunbathing terraces also a private drive for car parking. We now also have free Wi-Fi and all English T.V. channels and Netflix via Alexa cube box. Air-conditioning units are fitted to all rooms and is Free of charge and without timers so that you have a restful nights sleep.
The Villa is located 3km from Coral Bay, which has 2 lovely sandy beaches, the Corallia Beach which is next to the Hotel and bus terminus, has a breakwater, and is ideal for children, it also has a jetty for boat trips, water ski-ing and other water sports. Coral Bay also boasts a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A welcome pack is available at an extra cost please let us know at time of booking if you require it. Entry is via a master lock at the door with the code sent along with directions at least 2 weeks before your Holiday. This is a photo from October 2021. I live with my wife in Sunderland, England. My occupation is a shop keeper and have been in the same business for the last 34 years straight from school. We bought the Villa as an investment for our future as we intend to retire to Cyprus within the next five years and have furnished the Villa accordingly as it will become our home. We love Cyprus and the village of Peyia that we are nearest to. The Cypriot people really are friendly and they love you to speak a little of their language. Coral bay with its large selection of shops restaurants and bars is within 20 mins walk and it has 2 beautiful sandy beaches we spend a lot of time there relaxing. There are many things to explore from the Troodos Mountains to many beautiful Villages and Wineries

Why they chose this property

We chose Cyprus as there are a lot of Brits on the island and particularly the area of Peyia for its peacefulness.
Cypriots are very friendly and welcoming. The Villa is in a quiet complex of about 30 detached similar properties, it is in an affluent area of Paphos,just 2 minutes off the coast road, it is easily accessible.

What makes this property unique

Being in its own fenced gardens it has lots of privacy with the pool and garden south facing, creating a Sun trap you get the beautiful sunshine all day from 7a.m.'till 7p.m. Alfresco Dining is very relaxing and private. We’ve recently added new (2025) outside comfortable furniture.
Btw we do not have a hot tub
