The villa is very spacious, well laid out with everything you could need. The pool is lovely & there are lots of outdoor seating areas. It is in a very quiet area but near enough to everything for us not to use a car. Bus stop is only 10 minutes walk with frequent buses to connect to other areas. Beaches & restaurants within easy walking distances. Lisa & Felix were excellent hosts, prompt to answer any queries & provided a lovely welcome pack.

Lisa was a great host. She arranged our taxi from airport and on arrival at villa there was a very nice welcome pack which was much appreciated. Outside the pool was great. Seating areas furniture could be updated I think. Inside was very spacious but a little bit tired in places, especially kitchen unit doors, but had everything you needed. For us, being pensioners it was a little bit further out from the main strip than anticipated. But we did enjoy our 2 week holiday.

many thanks for your review we are so pleased you had a lovely stay with us and you loved the outside space and welcome pack. The lounge settees are very modern, comfortable and new three months ago? we are looking at a new kitchen this winter, so watch this space! there are bars and restaurants within 10 mins max on foot and the bus runs every 10 mins if you want the noise and bustle of the main strip. thank you for looking after the villa so well.

This is a very spacious villa in a nicely tucked away cul de sac but very near to everything. The villa itself is very well maintained and set up with everything you need and is far more spacious than the pictures suggest. From booking to staying in this beautiful villa I have had a 10 out of 10 experience this year and having booked with Lisa and Felix before it is easy to see why they are so good at what they do. The welcome pack after a late arrival was yet another bonus and I tried to book it again whilst staying there. So be quick or you will miss a real gem! Thanks again Lisa and Felix for making our stay so enjoyable.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
