This apartment is perfect for a special stay in Seville, carefully decorated and furnished with designer pieces and high-quality materials, offering both comfort and style in every detail.

It features a private, fully furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying Seville’s sunny weather, whether for breakfast, reading, or simply relaxing outdoors.

The sleeping area includes two single beds measuring 90 by 200, and a modern, independent full bathroom.

The apartment is located in a privileged area to explore Seville. Just across Avenida de Recaredo, you’ll find the historic center with its most iconic landmarks. On the other side lies a genuine residential neighborhood, home to locals and filled with traditional bars, typical restaurants, local shops, fresh markets, and supermarkets. It offers the perfect blend of authentic local life and touristic appeal.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Servile stay

The property was lovely, the kitchen was in pristine condition and fully equipped. Although fully appreciate that check in was not till 3, it would be be advantageous to guests to inform them of the numerous luggage storage facilities close to the property. The initial contact at 10:30 did not make us aware so we were unable to explore the city as we had 2 large suitcases. Also the patio area of the apartment requires an uplift as unsightly, cushions mouldy and plants dying. The air conditioning in the bedroom may need servicing as when switched off, during the night, a buzzing/vibrating noise woke us frequently throughout the night. However it was a lovely stay, close proximity to the city centre, walking distance to bars/restaurants and shops. The property was secure and easily accessible with the code. Although on the main road was quiet and room had shutters which assisted sleeping. Thank you- it was value for money

Agradable estancia

El apartamento se ajusta al anuncio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Está muy limpio y es muy nuevo. Decorado con gusto. Es espacioso para 3 o 4 personas. La terraza da mucho juego aunque como Sevilla tiene tanto que visitar no estás mucho tiempo en el apartamento. A cinco minutos a pie del barrio De la Cruz. No necesitamos transporte en ningún momento, todo se halla a corta distancia a pie. Muchos bares y comercios en los alrededores. Solo echamos de menos una escoba y una fregona.
