The apartment is at the first floor of a graceful building by a quiet road of Florence historical center.
The entrance door opens up in between of the night-time area and the daytime area. One side features living room, kitchen and toilet, while on the other side are the two bedrooms. The kitchen has a nice terrace furnished with chairs and table to enjoy the outside for dinner or just relaxing. The apartment has been totally remodeled in the last few years which gives it a feeling of a brand new space.
The access to the apartment is through stairs - being a first floor though they make for an easy and comfortable access.
The apartment has Air Conditioning in every room. Also high speed Wi-Fi internet works throughout all the spaces. In the living room there is a Smart Tv - with Netflix included.
