Appartement confortable, élégant et spacieux, situé à deux pas du Duomo. Idéal pour profiter pleinement de la beauté de la ville et passer des vacances inoubliables à Florence, dans son quartier le plus ancien (San Giovanni). Emplacement très central : tous les monuments les plus importants et tous les lieux d'intérêt de la ville historique, ainsi que les restaurants et les boutiques des plus grandes marques de mode, célèbres dans le monde entier, sont accessibles à pied.
La gare ferroviaire et l'arrêt de tramway « San Marco » se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement se trouve au deuxième étage et est facilement accessible par ascenseur, ainsi que par un large escalier ancien. Une baignoire/douche hydromassante est à votre disposition. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very smooth. The apartment is not far from the train station, the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and the Statue of David. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in Florence. The apartment is beautiful, and the location is great, within walking distance of the Duomo and so many of the city’s highlights. The price was a little higher due to a misunderstanding regarding the booking. Communication with the host was great and a special thank you to Mila, who warmly welcomed me, was incredibly sweet, and shared wonderful local recommendations.There can be some noise at night due to the surrounding nightlife, but overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

We stayed at Roberto’s VRBO in the beautiful city of Florence, during early October. First of all, I had a lot of questions as I had never been to Florence. He was always ready and available to answer my good and even some of my dumb questions. He was very responsive and the apartment was perfect! We knew it was near the city centre, but walking to the local market, we turned the corner and behold, there sat the Duomo in all of its glory. We had no idea just how perfect the location was and how easy it is to get around Florence. Just about everything was in a 30- minute walk or less. Robert’s apartment even had a lift. so when you’re in your later years or just plain worn out, it’s very nice to be able to push that elevator button and go to your floor and go. remember the excitement of each day.Thank you, Roberto! We had a fantastic time and look forward to the next one.

It was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. We really appreciated the host and details left for us. Roberto thinks of everything! We needed an elevator for accessibilty and that can be hard to find. We couldnt have asked for more!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Roberto's beautiful apartment. The check-in was very easy, the location is excellent, less than two minutes from the Duomo yet quiet and well insulated. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed super comfortable and we really enjoyed that bathtub after many hours of walking. we can highly recommend this apartment for your wonderful stay in Florence.

The apartment is very close to most of the places we wanted to go. It is nicely decorated. I would have preferred to have a coffee maker. There was one in the cupboard but apparently it has been broken for some time. It would also be nice to have blinds in the bedroom. Given there are only sheers, we woke up with the sun.

Beautiful decor , perfect location for walking everywhere. The host was welcoming and even had Chianti and biscotti for us when we arrived. I would give even more stars. It was a pleasure to be there in this elegant ambiance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberto’s Villa. We didn’t realise how amazing the location was really going to be. It was the best location and was a lovely spacious apartment for the three of us. It was quiet and safe. We ended up even booking for another night we enjoyed the apartment and Florence so much. The aircon was a massive bonus staying in the middle of a heat wave, it made our stay amazing. If we go back to Florence I wont stay anywhere else. If you are looking for a great located central apartment that is clean, quiet, safe and easy to deal with. This is your sign to book!! Thank you Roberto (and Mila) for our stay.

Very nice, clean apartment 1.5 blocks from the Cattedrale di Santa Maria. The host and his team were great to work with. Timely communication and he graciously let us into the apartment earlier than the standard check-in time. The kitchen has everything you'll need - full refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster and moka pot for coffee. The bathroom has a full tub and shower, and the washer/dryer unit. The bedroom was clean with plenty of storage space. Great location, near all of the main sights and not far from a grocery store. The building is secure with an elevator to make it an easy trip with luggage.
