We booked this Vrbo while visiting Florence for a family member’s wedding, and we specifically chose this listing because it accommodated the four of us comfortably, with each person having their own bed. While I was aware from the listing that the apartment included a rooftop area, the listing did not clearly disclose the significant number of steep stairs required to access the apartment or that there was no elevator available. In fact, the details regarding the stairs were not provided until after the reservation had already been paid for and it was time for check-in.Due to my mother’s injured ankle, the stairs made the apartment inaccessible for us, and we ultimately had to book a hotel for our four-day stay in Florence.In addition to this issue, the WiFi was not functioning, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was extremely poor. I also reached out to the host for assistance regarding the WiFi, but unfortunately no one responded until the day we were checking out.I have stayed in multiple and Vrbo properties throughout Europe, and this has been the most disappointing experience I have had.
