On the most beautiful coast of Portugal, directly on the sea, modern villa with private swimming pool. Breathtaking view. Via path or paved road directly to beautiful bay with sandy beach (500 m). Beautiful villages and sights in the immediate area. Golf courses at 35km. Lisbon 100 km. Wooded area, excellent cycling and walking. Very suitable for two families. Two, possibly to be used separately, living units: The house is only rented to 1 tenant at a time. but is very suitable for b. v. 2 befriended couples or parents with children and grandparents.
Layout: Upstairs: three bedrooms (including one children's room), two bathrooms, large modern kitchen, room with sliding doors to a lovely terrace. Covered bbq and outdoor oven. Fixed tennis table. Basement: two bedrooms, (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), kitchen, living room, bathroom, patio doors, external stairs to the swimming pool and terraces.

We had a fabulous 10 day vacation exploring many wonderful towns and cities. Each day we were able to come back to the wonderful home and enjoy a swim, beautiful ocean views and fabulous sunsets. The house was clean, roomy and had all the amenities we needed!We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves!

Great holiday

The property was excellent. Very well stocked kitchen with ample supplies of towels etc. when we arrived the pool was cool, but after arranging for the heating to be applied we enjoyed it very much

Beautiful Views

The property was perched on the hillside overlooking the Atlantic with gorgeous views of the ocean, beach and hills. It was a short drive to town with many dining and shopping options and centrally located for visiting historic towns and monasteries. We had a lovely stay.

Falca house

Lovely property with super ocean views. The pool was very clean and a perfect heated temperature. We had a very relaxing stay and visited many local villages and restaurants recommended by the owners. We would love to return.

A Beautiful Home

What a lovely home, with extraordinary views of the ocean. Our group of 4 couples was able to settle in easily, with all of the necessary comforts. During our stay, we enjoyed the nearby trail to the beach and the extensive walking/running trail along the main road. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals there. The information provided about local places to go was extremely helpful. It was the perfect location for day trips to many towns in the area.

A Week at Falca House

We spent a full week at this home and it was wonderful! We chose the Silver Coast so that we would have a home base and alternate between long day trips and closer, shorter visits. We immediately felt like hime in this house, enjoyed the pool, table tennis, grill, sunsets, and comfort. We definitely consider returning and can easily accommodate another 2-3 people. Arry is an exceptional host and communicates quickly.

Perfect family house

Lovely house for extended family of parents, grandparents, aunts and teenagers . Just as good as looks in pictures . Well equipped and furnished. Plenty to do around. High spot was sea views , sunsets and moon rises. Loved outside space. Recommend MAD restaurant . Many thanks

Stunning ocean views

Amazing property with stunning ocean views. 10 of us stayed at this property for a family vacation. The property has unspoiled views of the ocean and beach. It is about 8 downhill walk to the beach. In the whole we stayed we saw on 5 other people on the beach. We enjoyed the evenings swimming in the infinity pool and listening to the ocean waves. Nazare is about 10 min drive. You will need a car to get to the property. Amazing comfortable property that easily accommodates 8 adults or family of 10.

This is a spectacular house

This house has wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets from the back deck overlooking the infinity pool. We have stayed at Sunset Beach on the north shore of Oahu on multiple occasions and the views/sunsets at falca house are even better with incredible colors that persist for an extended time in the evening. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our group and the house easily accommodated us. Shopping and places to visit (especially Nazare) are within a short drive. Because the house is on a bluff, the hike to the beach can be a challenge, but is worth it - very few people are on the beach on any given day. Easier beach access is found just north of the house in Praia de Legue. We also found Joao the property manager to be extremely responsive and helpful with a few minor things that arose during our stay. Overall, the house and its location are winners and well worth the trip.

Das Haus hat alles Notwendige um Kochen und Grillen zu können. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Kochitensilien und auch die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Weiterhin hat der Vermieter auf Nachfrage das Beheizen des Pools gestartet, sodass der Pool angenehm warm war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mit schnellen und netten Antworten problemlos möglich.

Fantastische Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Terrasse bietet den perfekten Blick für Sonnenuntergänge. Wir waren zu 3. im Haus, das bis zu 10 Leute beherbergen kann. Wir haben ausschließlich den oberen Wohnbereich genutzt. Der untere Wohnbereich ist eher zum Übernachten geeignet, da er nicht den fantastischen Meerblick hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist im mediterranen Stil. Eines der Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein, aber sonst alles top.

Wunderbares Haus mit gutem Komfort

Wunderschöner Pool und sehr großzügiges Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand beginnt in etwa 50 m Entfernung vom Haus ab.

Traumhaft

Wir waren mit 9 Personen (2 Familien - alles Erwachsene) vor Ort. Das Haus ist von der Größe her auch genau darauf ausgerichtet (3 Bäder), ausreichend Schlafzimmer, große Terrasse. WLAN perfekt. Ausstattung perfekt. Zusätzlich die Tischtennisplatte, die für ungewohnte zusätzliche Ablenkung da ist :). Ansonsten: Die Lage des Hauses geht einfach nicht besser. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu einem tollen Strand mit kleiner Beach-Bar (Legea). Atlantik- und Strandblick von der Terrasse aus! Superschöner Pool. Ausflugsziele nicht unendlich weit weg. Einfach alles toll!!! Das Wetter im Norden Portugals muss man natürlich auf der Rechnung haben (etwas kälteres Wasser / starker Wellengang / Wind). Für uns war das kein Problem. Mit unserem Mietwagen waren auch die Ausflüge und Einkäufe überhaupt kein Problem. Ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub mit unseren inzwischen erwachsenen Kindern.
