The Neighborhood:
Rose St is one of the best streets in New Town and with that comes a lovely neighbourhood. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and typical Edinburgh shops.

The neighbourhood is very friendly with a large range of restaurants, cafes, and offices nearby.

Getting Around:
You have many different ways of getting around but for where this property is, by foot is definitely the best.

Other options you have are the world-class bus service, you will need to download the app if you have a smartphone. If this is not the case, we would have timetables in the property.

We request a £200 security deposit at check-in, which will be returned after your stay. We also require all our guests to sign our in-house Terms & Conditions and to submit a copy of your ID, after you have booked with us.
