Appartement accueillant situĂ© au coeur d’Édimbourg avec une cheminĂ©e en marbre originale. SituĂ© Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied du centre-ville (et des gares ferroviaire, routiĂšre et de tramway) et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la magnifique colline de Calton Hill, il constitue un emplacement idĂ©al pour explorer Édimbourg.

L'appartement est équipé de tout pour votre séjour (draps, serviettes, bûches pour le feu, WIFI illimité, jeux de société, télévision avec TNT, PLAYSTATION et jeux, grande collection de DVD et lecteur DVD, machine à laver et lave-vaisselle (produits fournis gratuitement) . Nous vous fournissons des thés spéciaux, du café, du lait, du fudge écossais et du printemps des hauts plateaux pour vous aider à démarrer. La cuisine est équipée de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Si vous souhaitez manger à l'extérieur, vous trouverez de nombreux excellents restaurants à proximité, ainsi que toutes les attractions locales se trouvant juste à votre porte. Excellent location and lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Only downside was the parking (have to pay for parking during the week) and the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which is fine for non-disabled people. However, please do not let that put you off as we had a fantastic time so more about awareness than anything.

This apartment is adorable and well maintained. Martin was the perfect host. Its location is great and we were able to walk to many sights. Please note that it is on the top floor without a lift with three flights of 20 stairs each for those who would have trouble climbing them. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for me but all was clean and tidy.

The apartment is very central, so you can do most activities on foot.There is plenty of space for four people and the view from the lounge is just splendid. We spent 6 very comfortable nights in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming flat

Martin was a great host and very accommodating of our early check-in. Unit exceeded our expectations and has lovely views. Great central location for visiting the different parts of the city with lots of grocery stores and cafes nearby. Great wifi, a French press for coffee, a little building noise but earplugs eliminated that, friendly neighbors, lots of hot water & water pressure. There is no elevator but the stairs (3 floors up) were not a problem for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

Quiet Location Close to City Center

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and had loads of restaurants, cafes, and conveniences close by. There were a lot of stairs but the cozy rooms and great view are worth it!

Cousins adventure

Lovely stay for myself and 3 cousins. Great location if you don’t mind walking. 3rd floor stairs only so be prepared to lug your luggage up them :) Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

Beautiful flat, spacious, home away from home, with stunning views of Calton Hill. My 12 yo daughter and I were able to walk everywhere. Also a convenient Tesco around the corner to fill the fridge. I recommend reading manuals for washer and stove if you’re not from Europe It is a 3rd floor walk up, so extra exercise :) I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Martin!

Perfect for a small family in Edinburgh

Great Stay!

Lovely spacious and clean apartment in great location. Very well equipped, nicely decorated and, of course, such a beautiful view from the living room window. We appreciated the extra set of keys for our group of 3. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was quite the effort but quickly forgotten once inside the apartment. Martin was communicative throughout the process. We walked everywhere with ease and our favourite stop each morning was just around the corner to an Italian delicatessen for the best coffee experienced throughout our 14-day travel. We highly recommend Martin's apartment!

Holiday in Edinburgh to see the military tattoo.

Ideal location to explore the city, approximately 15 minute walk. Lovely bakery around the corner. Very good bus service. Many interesting museums and galleries to suit all interests.. Would thoroughly reccommend.

When not meeting guests I enjoy my semi retirement by spending time with my family and watching my grandchildren grow up.
