Appartement accueillant situé au coeur d’Édimbourg avec une cheminée en marbre originale. Situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville (et des gares ferroviaire, routière et de tramway) et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la magnifique colline de Calton Hill, il constitue un emplacement idéal pour explorer Édimbourg.

L'appartement est équipé de tout pour votre séjour (draps, serviettes, bûches pour le feu, WIFI illimité, jeux de société, télévision avec TNT, PLAYSTATION et jeux, grande collection de DVD et lecteur DVD, machine à laver et lave-vaisselle (produits fournis gratuitement) . Nous vous fournissons des thés spéciaux, du café, du lait, du fudge écossais et du printemps des hauts plateaux pour vous aider à démarrer. La cuisine est équipée de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Great location with great book shop, cafes and large shopping centre nearby. Short walk to bridge to cross into Old Town (Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle etc)The apartment was so comfortable and cosy with the living room and kitchen being large and airy and well equipped. Fabulous view from lounge window too!

Charming, spacious and very well-equipped flat in an interesting, well-situated neighbourhood with many amenities.Our host was quick to respond to the few queries we had during the booking process. We had no need to contact him during our stay, as all of the information we sought was available at the flat.It was a lovely space in which to wind up a most enjoyable tour around Scotland. And we have no doubt it would be an equally fine starting point, too.

Excellent location and lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Only downside was the parking (have to pay for parking during the week) and the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which is fine for non-disabled people. However, please do not let that put you off as we had a fantastic time so more about awareness than anything.

This apartment is adorable and well maintained. Martin was the perfect host. Its location is great and we were able to walk to many sights. Please note that it is on the top floor without a lift with three flights of 20 stairs each for those who would have trouble climbing them. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for me but all was clean and tidy.

The apartment is very central, so you can do most activities on foot.There is plenty of space for four people and the view from the lounge is just splendid. We spent 6 very comfortable nights in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Location Close to City Center

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and had loads of restaurants, cafes, and conveniences close by. There were a lot of stairs but the cozy rooms and great view are worth it!

Cousins adventure

Lovely stay for myself and 3 cousins. Great location if you don’t mind walking. 3rd floor stairs only so be prepared to lug your luggage up them :) Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

Holiday in Edinburgh to see the military tattoo.

Ideal location to explore the city, approximately 15 minute walk. Lovely bakery around the corner. Very good bus service. Many interesting museums and galleries to suit all interests.. Would thoroughly reccommend.

The property is gorgeous and very central. Unfortunately my stay was cut short as I fell and broke my arm but that had nothing to do with the property which we all really enjoyed and would love to visit again - great host too!

I've been running my holiday home in Edinburgh for over 10years now and enjoy meeting guests and making their stay as special as possible. When not meeting guests I enjoy my semi retirement by spending time with my family and watching my grandchildren grow up.
