Mon rez-de-chaussĂ©e, appartement spacieux et lumineux met une touche contemporaine de style gĂ©orgien. SituĂ© au cƓur de la cĂ©lĂšbre nouvelle ville, Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de Princes Street et de la gare ferroviaire, ceci est l'endroit idĂ©al pour explorer Édimbourg.
Mon appartement est au coeur de la Nouvelle Ville. Ceci est un site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et donc soigneusement protégé contre le développement laid. Il prend en charge un beau mélange de l'immobilier résidentiel et boutique vente au détail - des tonnes de cafés, galeries privées, des restaurants, des boutiques de design d'intérieur, etc. Mon appartement est livré avec les clés à un jardin communautaire privé aussi, agréable pour une promenade ou à lire un document sur une belle journée.

Everything went perfect with Steven's place! He was waiting for us to show everything of the house and gave us a few tips to move around and some places to have lunch and breakfast. The apartment was in perfect conditions, very cozy, clean and stylish.

Perfectly located in Edinburgh's Newtown

Our host, Stephen, was there to meet us on our arrival and took us through the essentials of a beautiful city apartment, conveniently situated in the ground floor of a substantial Georgian House. Tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable it was place we were in no hurry to leave each day and very happy to be returning to each day. In short walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants and on a bus route to the old town, there is nothing to fault this venue.

Steven met us on checking in and showed us around his apartment. We had a lovely stay, the place was clean, chic and stylish. Great location with lots of nearby cafés and restaurants. Around 15 mins away from royal mile and princes street. Highly recommended :)

L appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© trĂšs propre spacieux et fonctionnel. Steven est trĂšs disponible et rĂ©pond rapidement mais les echanges notamment pour les clĂ©s se font Ă  l oral en Anglais ce qui n est pas toujours simple lorsqu’on ne parle pas couramment. Édimbourg est une ville superbe. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Very nice apartment in great location

We stayed a week in Steven's apartment and found it very convenient to walk anywhere and groceries just around the corner. Exactly as described with a comfy bed, a great shower and having laundry was a bonus! We had barely a drop of rain too, so all around a fantastic week. Thank you Steven!

Wonderful quiet flat in a great location

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay here. The flat is very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants and tourist attractions but far enough from the business of the town center that you can get some peace and quiet. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

A great base.

The apartment is exactly as described, a stylish and convenient place to stay in Edinburgh. It is in walking distance of all the attractions although set on a hill so probably not a good choice if you have mobility issues. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a Tesco shop. The bed is small but very comfortable.

Loved staying in Newtown, everything we needed was within walking distance including the train station. The only thing I would have found useful was a microwave. Loved how quiet it was during the night and early morning. Great experience would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay. Ideally located, easily walkable to the train station and the Royal Mile, and away from the drove of tourists. Plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs. And the house was fantastic, such a Scottish vibe, inviting, comfortable, big windows, great views with all of the amenities readily available. Highly recommend.

Lovely home near everything!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is close to many attractions and with numerous restaurants and markets nearby. The appliances and all accommodations worked very well. Only improvement would be having a bigger bed. We would definitely stay here again.
