A very clean & tidy apartment with great bus links to the city centre. Unfortunately no panoramic view for us as the trees across the road were full of leaves! Lots of local shops too.

Fantastic well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, with the added bonus of an allocated parking space.

First of all, the apartment was very clean. The nearby buses got us anywhere we wanted to go in a short time. And whenever we weren’t sure the people of Edinburgh stepped up to help. Nearby shops were helpful we could keep some snacks and a quick breakfast in the apartment. There was no lift and a lot of steps but we handled ok, but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. Fiona was helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall, a good choice.

Apartment is clean and nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient having the shops across the street. Easy to get to the city attractions. I would stay here again.

Apartment was clean and cozy. Bus stop into Edinburgh is right around the corner and grocery store is right across the street. Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed Fiona’s place, and its location as well, close to shopping and not far from the old town. Her place is clean, quiet, and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

4 adults travelling. Master bedroom comfortable and quiet, lovely sitting area, full kitchen and bath. Convenient grocery store across the street. Dean Village approx. 30 minute walk. Unfortunately the 2nd bedroom was not suitable for adults with sagging mattresses, yellowed pillow cases, thin rough towels were left. When we arrived there was a strong room spray used throughout the apartment which took 48 hours to dissipate. Would recommend for a couple staying but it is quite far from the centre of Edinburgh.

Beautiful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. A little further out of Edinburgh than we expected, but was a great stay. Fiona was very responsive to requests and messages and very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and quiet

A great size property located outside the city, with great transport links and local amenities. A great space to retire to after exploring the city. The owner even provided welcome refreshments.

The location of the flat was convenient and allowed easy access to the city as well as a store for groceries and other forgotten neccesities. The accomodations were comfortable and just what we needed. Fiona was very responsive and we appreciated her.

Hogmanay in Edinburgh

We absolutely fell in love with the ancient and historically beautiful city of Edinburgh. We were so grateful for the spacious accommodation and newly renovated bathroom and shower. Fiona was so great about communicating with us and making our stay top notch.

Great stay

This was a convenient location with shopping and coffee an easy walk. The bus stop was close to carry us to City Centre. The flat was compact and comfortable. Fiona’s communication was great and she was very responsive to my requests. Enjoyed our time here and would stay again if ever another chance to visit this beautiful city!
