Villa Calù is a beautiful villa in Sardinia at the marina of Tertenia with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of Monte Ferru and Cartuceddu. Swimming pool with emerald water 2 km from the beach and commercial activities.

The villa has two levels: on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom with TV in the room, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 bathroom in the common area, 1 living room with sofa, a large kitchen full equipped and a large patio equipped with table and chairs for evening dinners.
Upstairs there are 3 double rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and a living area with sofa and TV.

The villa also has TV, air conditioning, wifi, table tennis, deckchairs and sun loungers by the pool.
Maximum number of guests: 10.

Great experiencel

Very well maintained spacious house with a great view towards the sea. Beach is 5 mins away and the house has a large pool. Owners are very friendly and responsive, they also brought us fresh fruit from their garden on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great vacation.

The perfect stay

I need to admit that we have nevery stayed in such a clean and well-organized propertiy. You will find literally everything you need in this household. Yes, it is a very calm area, but you will find from Supermarket to Restaurant everything required within short distance - perfect for switching off for a few days. The cherry on the ice cream is the owner Pierpaolo - he is more than supportive in all regards of questions for the area, restaurant recommendations or where to find the next medic ;-) Overall I can summarize this as the perfect stay (also on behalf of my 5 kids in the age of 3 to 16, and another three grown-ups)

Overall a pleasant stay

The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very "tired". It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint. But it was clean and the facilities were adequate. The showers were very old fashioned and tiny. But the location of the property was perfect. We found many excellent restaurants nearby and Foxi Manna Beach was as good as I have ever been to. Overall a positive review but the property itself needs to be modernised and updated.

Das große Haus ist sehr sauber, gut geschnitten, liebevoll bepflanzt, wir haben den Sonnenaufgang sehr genossen. Der Blick vom Haus, der Terrasse und vom Pool aus ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Und der Pool ist auch traumhaft. Pierpaulo und seine Frau sind ausgesprochen freundliche und charmante Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Si vous voulez vivre des vacances de rêves dans un petit coin préservé de la foule, dans une grande maison où rien n’est laissé au hasard. Wir waren 2 befreundete Familien und hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt und konnten wunderbar abschalten.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab sogar Spielzeug und Sonnenschirme für den Strand (der mit dem Auto auch in ca 6 Minuten zu erreichen ist und auch nicht voll war).Paolo, der sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert hat, muss hier auch mit seiner Frau erwähnt werden. Immer herzlich und aufmerksam!!!Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Einfach perfekt für Familie oder Gruppen

Das Haus war für uns (7 Erwachsene) einfach perfekt. In jedem Schlafraum und Aufenthaltsraum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Kühlschränke (Obergeschoss und Untergeschoss) sind mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer war einfach wunderschön. Das Highlight ist der gepflegte Pool mit ebenfalls tollem Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in der Natur. Dafür aber sehr ruhige Umgebung und toller Ausblick. Zu den Stränden muss man deshalb etwas Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen befindet sich in etwa 5 Minuten. Ein großer Supermarkt. Mit Auto aber alles kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren von der Villa total begeistert. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Plezierig verblijf met name door de beheerder ter plekke met zijn humor. Wat ons betreft hadden er in de omgeving wel wat meer activiteiten kunnen zijn, aangezien het seizoen op Sardinië blijkbaar heel kort is en er al heel veel restaurants en activiteiten vanaf half september gesloten zijn…

Wir genossen unsere Familienferien in vollen Zügen, alles stimmte. Es ist eine grossartige Villa, total sauber, inkl. Pool. Die Lage mit den wunderbaren Sonnenaufgängen einfach einmalig. Weg zum schönen Strand nicht weit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und hatten einen schönen Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die sehr herzlich sind. Wir hoffen, wieder einmal eine Gelegenheit zu haben, die Villa Calu zu mieten.

DerAufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles sofort erledigt wenn was nicht gepasst hat. Waren viel mit den Motorrädern unterwegs, super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagestouren. Der Pool war super, wurde jedenTag gereinigt und PH-Wert gemessen. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Haus/Objekt ist von meiner Seite aus sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Ruhe und Entspannung, mit guter Aussicht.
