Our detached house in a small and intimate village, (5posti bed) is suitable for those who want to spend their holidays relaxing and full autonomy.
Clad in stone typical of the place it is on one level to an inner surface of 80 square meters and consists of: kitchen with spacious marble that opens onto a large, comfortable living room, bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with single bed and bathroom.
A lovely, well-kept garden, among olive trees and plants typical Mediterranean surrounding each villa.
The outdoor areas consist of a large veranda of 40 square overlooking a private pool reserved treated with 100% natural products.

Fantastic!

Ugo helped us with everything and was always there to help with recommendations. The villa was beautiful and the children (3,5, 7) absolutely loved the pool. Really hope we can go back again.

Lovely little Villa

Lovely property, very clean and welcoming, in a gated complex away from all the hassle. Arbatax is about 40 mins by car with big supermarkets and plenty of ocean going activities. Pool was perfect and the villa had all the required amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Adam, Alex and family.

Beautiful villa in peaceful spot

We had a brilliant time at this amazing villa. We are a family of five and this villa was perfect for us. The pool is awesome, we spent so much time cooling off in it and loved the fact it wasn’t chlorine, so much more pleasant! We walked to nearby Hotel Janas a couple of times for ann evening meal other small eateries are within a few minutes drive. Otherwise the villa is very well equipped for self catering, with a small shop close by This villa is in a really peaceful spot with several beaches just a few minutes drive away

The most beautiful

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. The setting, location, comfort, is unsurpassed. The salt water pool is a delight which we used every day despite also going to the beach every day. There are great restaurants around and the perfect size supermarket. Hugo and Patricia are extremely helpful and accommodating and truly care that one is having a restful vacation. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay with a pool and very close to the ocean

The house was immaculate when we arrived. We are a family of 5 visiting from California (3 kids ages 8-15). The salt water pool was a hit with the kids and adults. The view was amazing. There are a few restaurants nearby. There are a couple of beaches within a 5 minute drive. Ugo was a great host and responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa with amazing pool and views

We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa - the photos don't do it justice. It is very private and quiet with amazing mountain views and you can even see the sea! We loved the pool, especially as it was salt water, and spent many hours in it! We cooked most nights but also went to Janas restaurant one evening (a 5 minute walk) which I definitely recommend. We also went to a sea front bar/restaurant a short drive away called Shardan which was lovely too. There are a few supermarkets nearby that have everything you need. Communication with our host, Ugo, was great - we used Google Translate a lot! This is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday - we hardly left the villa! We'll definitely visit again.

Wonderful villa and location

The villa was great and very clean and tidy. The location is rural which we loved and close to 2 wonderful beaches with great beach bars. Both the hotel and Spa that were close by had great food and well worth visiting. We had a lovely relaxing time which is just what my husband and I needed especially as the villa next door was empty our entire visit. Ugo was a great host answering any queries and supplying, when asked for pool towels and clean replacement towels and sheets as we were there 2 weeks. My only criticism, and it’s only a small one, is that the shower probably needs some upgrading and the outside lounge furniture needed better cushions as the ones provided were very thin and uncomfortable to sit on, the sun loungers however were great. We would definitely return. Many thanks

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa. Es hat alles gepasst - sehr sauber, toller Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Anlage ist abseits gelegen, somit würden wir ein eigenes Auto unbedingt empfehlen.

Le domaine est très bien entretenu et la végétation magnifique. Piscine parfaite. L'équipement de la villa est satisfaisant.Points d'attention :- climatisation uniquement dans la chambre principale et le séjour- la wifi ne fonctionne qu'à l'extérieur. Le propriétaire a indiqué qu'il ne pouvait pas le spécifier dans l'annonce- eau du robinet non potable. Prévoir donc l'achat de bouteilles d'eau

Ugo nous a très bien accueilli, nous a mis à l'aise et l'arrivée était très simple et agréable. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants, propre et agréable, la piscine est grande (plus grande qu'elle n'apparaît sur les photos) et belle comme sur les photos. Une belle plage de sable fin est à 5 minutes en voiture. Le seul petit bémol et l'éloignement des aéroports et de certains lieux, mais on s'y fait vite. Nous avons adoré ces vacances, merci!

Wunderschönes Haus und Pool in traumhaftem Garten

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wunderschöne Bepflanzung. Pool und Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sauberkeit top. Der CheckIn und genauso der CheckOut waren schnell erledigt. Ugo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage der Anlage unbedingt von Nöten. Am sehr schönen Strand Foxi Manna ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Nuraghe Longu ist zu Fuß erreichbar und definitiv auch einen Besuch wert. Perfekt. Grazie Mille.

Sommerfamilienurlaub

Die ganze Familie (Kinder 15 und 17 Jahre) waren vom Haus begeistert, der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Im Haus ist alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Kommunikation beim Check In und Check Out war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände. Ohne Auto geht aber gar nichts. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass es trotz Hauptreisezeit nirgendwo überlaufen war. Rundum war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Erholsame Ferien!

Wir - Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 14) - hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in Marina di Tertenia. Wir kamen erst im Dunkeln an, da unsere Fähre Verspätung hatte und der Besitzer Ugo war trotzdem ganz schnell zur Stelle und hat uns bestens empfangen. Er hat uns auch noch um 22.00 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert im benachbarten Restaurant Janas, das wir 2 mal besucht haben, weil es so gut war! Auch alle anderen Restaurant-Empfehlungen von Ugo waren prima. Das Highlight des Hauses war natürlich der mega Pool, den wir für uns privat nutzen konnten. Sehr groß und sehr sauber! Natürlich auch der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit Palmen, Hibiskus, Oleander usw. war eine Augenweide und hat zum Erholen beigetragen. Das Haus liegt in einer eher nicht so touristischen Gegend und zur nächsten Stadt nach Tertenia fährt man über den Berg ca 10 km .Mit eigenem Auto kein Problem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht. In der Nähe ca 5 min mit dem Auto befinden sich 2 sehr schöne Strände mit Strandbar und auch 2 Supermärkte. Eine Sonnenliege ging leider während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt. Aber auch das war für Ugo kein Problem. Danke nochmal! Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und kann dieses Haus und die tolle Insel nur weiterempfehlen.
