Super große Wohnung im EG mit ebenso großer Terrasse. Sehr modern und komplett ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Ob Cagliari oder schöne Strände, alles ist in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.Leider gibt es in der Gesamtbewertung einen Abzug, da es auf der gesamten verfügbaren Terrasse von morgens bis abends keinen Sonnenplatz gibt. Im Hochsommer sicher ok, sonst leider nicht.

Peaceful and conveniently located.

Exactly what we were looking for, the apartment is modern, clean and spacious.Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the city chaos, but 20 minutes from airport, downtown or major coastal destinations.Across the street is a welcoming bar, pizzeria and restaurant, all of good quality.I’ll definitely return with my family for my next visit to Sardinia.

Wish we stayed longer

Communicating with Luigi was very easy and felt he genuinely care for his guests. Our flight was cancelled and he’s very understanding and empathetic with our situation. He even offered to get us some food since we were arriving late. The place was big with indoor and outdoor space. Would recommend and would stay here again.

wir kommen wieder

die Anreise war super unkompliziert, Luigi hat uns den Standort direkt für das Navi geschickt. tolle Begrüßung mit Ihm und seiner Frau Rita. Die Wohnung super sauber, mit allem was man braucht. Von Handtüchern über Bettwäsche bis hin zur Strandtasche mit Kühlakkus im Gefrierfach. Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank. sogar eine Tüte Chips.. Super liebe Vermieter mit denen wir uns ganz toll auf englisch austauschen konnten. In der Wohnung eine Liste mit den nächsten Stränden, die besten Lokale in Nähe.. Rundum ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt Diese tolle Wohnung , diese lieben Menschen - Gerne wieder !!

Great accommodation, kindest owners

The accommodation is very comfortable, new and clean, with spacious bedrooms, comfortable double beds, more than enough cupboard space, a big living area with flatscreen TV, a clean and modern kitchenette and a very nice patio and garden outside. The accomodation has a tile floor, which is very cool and comfortable in the warm Sardinian summer. Across the street is a café and restaurant and a (modest) supermarket is very nearby. But what made our stay even more enjoyable, is the contact with the very friendly owners. Never have I come across more friendly and gracious hosts. They made our stay one to remember! Thank you Rita and Gigi!

Een heerlijke week

We had a great stay in this appartment. The house is still new, very clean and well equipped. We have enjoyed the garden and had great fun with the kids in the pool. Very friendly owners. It is a good base to explore the south of Sardinia. We'd love to come back.
