The property is close to popular attractions such as Coliseu do Porto, Rotunda da Boavista and Praça da Ribeira. It is located 600m from Livraria Lello, 800m from Igreja dos Clérigos and 900m from Avenida dos Aliados.

It has a shared kitchen and living room; all rooms include a wardrobe, flat-screen TV and private toilet.

The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 10 km from the property.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
Daily Housekeeping available

There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small garden with a terrace, where you can have breakfast or lunch when the weather is nice. It is cleaned every day. The location is excellent in a pedestrian zone. There are many small stores, cafés and restaurants. It is also not far from the other attractions of Porto.

Chambre agréable proche du centre historique

Il s'agit d'une chambre comme dans une colocation avec la cuisine et le jardin en commun entre les colocataires. Emplacement très commode car proche du centre historique de Porto, des commerces et des moyens de transport. La femme de ménage passe tous les jours ce qui fait que c'est toujours très bien tenu.
