Just a ten-minute drive from Bowness-on-Windermere, Larchside offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience – a comfortable base to relax after a day exploring the Lake District National Park.
Inside, guests will find a welcoming living room featuring a Lakeland slate fireplace with an electric stove, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. A large picture window fills the room with natural light and frames views of Lake Windermere and the gardens. The small dining table tucked into the window nook is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with a view.
The apartment sleeps two guests in a spacious king-size bedroom with generous storage. The newly fitted kitchen is modern and fully equipped for a relaxing self-catering stay, including a full-size combi oven with microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The entrance hallway includes a practical boot and coat room with an electric heater, ideal for drying outdoor gear after a day of walking or sightseeing.

Pine Tops is a three story house with fabulous far reaching views of Lake Windermere from his large shared garden areas. Larchside Apartment is situated on part of the ground floor with a large patio area to the front of the apartment complete with outside furniture. The house has CCTV covering outside spaces and driveways.
Local Area
We are a 10 min drive from Bowness on Windemere where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars as well as attractions such as Windermere Lake Cruises. Ambleside, Kendal and Ulverston are all around a 25 min drive away.
Getting there
Leave the M6 at J36 and follow the A590 to Newby Bridge. Turn right onto A592 for 3.6 miles and take a right turn onto Birks Road, signposted Park Cliffe. Larchside Apartment at Pine Tops is the first property on the right hand side. Please park at the front of the property clearly marked 'Larchside parking". The ground floor front door is accessed via the large flagged steps from the parking area. The private patio area for your use in to the left of the apartment. There is a blue bench and on an elevated area a table & chairs. Please avoid following sat nav as it may take you along narrow country lanes. What3words: progress.overlaps.grit
