Summer stay

The stay was good, good location, no noisy neighbours, short walk to the main entertainment, no issues checking in or out, simple but good stay.

Weekend break review

Issue with double booking but resolved very quickly and professionally, car parking an issue with whole site! Very good site excellent for children of all ages, good onsite shop, beach lovely and pier worth a visit.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Having a key safe made it easy to ‘check in and out’. We did think that perhaps some net curtains would be a good idea as it would give more privacy being as there are many other caravans close by.

Not so pleased with the Caravan at Naze Marina

1. I had specifically emailed before booking to find out if I could stop outside the property as my daughter has mobility problems and I was told this would be possible (as long as I then moved the car to a designated spaces). But this was NOT the case, as a car cannot drive up to the steps or even near the property as there is a bin enclosure in the way. 2. We had problems throughout with the hot water, and had to call security out four times to relight the pilot light on the boiler (which looks ancient). No light bulb in the toilet. Heater in the hall didn’t work. Very thin 4.5 tog duvets are provided and no extra blankets. (we froze). The shower tap was also very erratic, and very difficult to switch off.

Caravan on Naze Marine

The caravan was lovely and clean and in a good location close to the backwaters. I do think there should be a welcome pack with instructions on how to turn off the alarm and work the heating system though.

Lovely clean caravan and good entertainment

Lovely caravan and within walking distance of the beach and town. Great entertainment team. Only criticism was too many cars parked in areas where they shouldn’t so difficult to get close to van to unload
