Three bedroom modern apartment Ivana

Ivana is located centrally in Dubrovnik within walking distance to Old Town, as well as Gruz harbour and Lapad. Closest beach is 5 minutes walk away and there are number of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within 10 minutes easy walk.

Apartment Ivana is spread on 2 levels, with ground floor having a large open space: living room (with two sofa beds), spacious kitchen, dining area and storage. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms - master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and another bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The outdoor area consists of a terrace with a table and 8 chairs and a barbecue (charcoal) and a covered private parking place (if needed please let us know in advance to reserve a place for you).

Amenities of apartment Ivana include: WI-FI, Air-Conditioning (3 units: in the living area on the ground floor, in front of the bedrooms in the hallway upstairs and in the master bedroom (other two bedrooms have fans), SAT-TV, HI-FI, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven, stove, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryers, etc.

Great stay in Dubrovnik

We had a nice stay!

We were 7 people and we had a really nice stay. The house had pretty much everything we needed and Maro and Vesna were very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay in Dubrovnik. Our hosts Maro and Vesna were superb and helped us a lot with tips and arranging a transfer and boattrip.Walking down to old town was fine, back up we used uber taxis.The apartment itself was nice and clean. Beds could be a little larger but it was not a real problem for us.

Group visit to Dubrovnik

We were a group of 6 and this apartment and location worked out great. Good central location to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants were close by. Very much enjoyed our visit and such a beautiful city!

Beautiful and spacious holiday rental

Maro was an amazing host and provided us with all the useful information to make our short stay in Dubrovnik as memorable as possible. We visited during a heat wave and made full use of the AC. The available parking and corner store were also very convenient.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. It was only about a 20-minute walk into Old Town, and there was a little market just next door to the property. The house was spacious and had plenty of amenities.

Lots of room for multiple people to stay, but beds are on smaller side. Nicely updated. Very clean. Bathrooms very nice, but showers also small. Walk into Old Town is scenic and fun, but we would Uber back as return trip is mostly all uphill.

Great house for family

Very nice property with all the amenities and great for a large family. Although walking to old town can be challenging in the heat and with kids, taxis are plenty and not expensive. Owner was very accommodating and helpful to have a very small convenience store next door.

Good location

Property manager was excellent. Location is very good. We did a lot of walking up and down hills. Everyone in our group was fit so it was no problem. Clean and very functional apartment. Positive experience!

2-day stay

For most part this place was as described, but there were two big problems, first one the AC in living room ( where sofa bed was and I slept), wasn’t working, and this area was super hot, secondly on the description says parking available, although parking was an issue and we had to circle around for 20 minutes until found a parking spot 10 min away. Otherwise great.

With reference to the parking spot, it is necessary to request the spot at the time of booking and you didn't ask for it then. July is the peak season in here and it is difficult to find a free parking. All the best to you and your family.

Outstanding Home and location

Communication and coordination with Maro was superb. Answered every question, came outstanding recommendations and was genuinely interested in our vacation time there. Home is fantastic. Very beautiful and spacious. Parking in Dubrovnik is hard to find and having a secured spot was great. Location was close in walking distance to Old Town and local beaches. Bus service is nearby as well. Highly recommend.

We really enjoy our trip to Dubrovnik. The house is great, and the location is good. We could go to the old town or the beach by foot. Maro was really arranging for the check-in and check-out, and he's available to answer any questions. He also gave us tips to guide us in the discovery of the city. Thanks to him !

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik – highly recommended!We stayed at this accommodation in Dubrovnik as a group of five and had a lovely time. The apartment was comfortable and well-suited for our group, with just a few minor technical imperfections that didn’t affect our enjoyment of the trip at all.Maro was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He promptly addressed all our concerns and answered every question we had. Even after our departure, when we realized we had forgotten something, he kindly arranged to send it to us—something we truly appreciate and don’t take for granted.This was our second time experiencing Croatian hospitality this year, and once again, it exceeded expectations. We’re already looking forward to returning to Croatia—and especially to Dubrovnik—in the near future!

Beautiful villa within walking to many amenities and old town.

Maro was amazing with making sure we had an easy check in. He also answered all inquiries promptly and gave us many suggestions for restaurants and places to check out there. The house was beautiful and looked even better in person. There’s a small but greatly stocked general store steps away from the property’s driveway. We didn’t need to go anywhere else to shop for groceries. Not to worry, the store also has beer and wine as well ;-) This property was a perfect home away from home in a safe and quiet area. Thank you Maro for being such a great host!

Positiv:Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor dem Einchecken abzustellen. Gut ausgestattete Küche und Bäder. Ausreichend Reinigungsmittel und Spülmaschinentabs.Zwei Boiler bieten ausreichend Warmwasser für 6 Personen.Schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und tragbarem SonnenschirmIn der Nähe befindet sich der Bushaltestelle.Es gibt einen kleinen Laden direkt nebenan, was sehr praktisch ist.Negativ:In zwei Schlafzimmer fehlen die Schränke und Sachen müssen auf dem Boden liegen, der vorhandene Kleiderbügel ist leider nicht ausreichend.Bad- und Schlafzimmertüren stehen buchstäblich auf dem Boden, statt an Scharnieren zu hängen, schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen, sie schleifen ständig auf dem Boden und sind dadurch schon teilweise beschädigt.Ein verstopfter Abfluss im Bad. Die Duschtür hatte abgebrochene Griffe.In Bezug auf die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen nicht schlecht, aber man könnte unter das Sofa ein paar kleine Abfälle und staubige alte Socken finden.Die beiden vorhandenen Klimaanlagen sind laut und funktionieren schlecht, im September war das kein großes Problem, aber im Sommer wären sie sicher zu schwach. Bei einer der Klimaanlagen war der Kondenswasserabfluss verstopft und das Wasser lief an der Wand herunter.Auf der Terrasse lag etwas alter Müll im Gebüsch, ein alter kaputter Fernseher und was anderes. Die Terrasse selbst ist eine Fußgängerzone, die Leute, die unten in den Wohnungen wohnen, müssen durch die Terrasse gehen.

Maro est accueillant et a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a 3 chambres avec lit double un canapé convertible. Les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques et la terrasse très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Great place for families

Comfortable place within walking distance to old town. Easy access to grocery store and other amenities. We walked into old town and Uber back due to the hills.
