Family of five stayed for a week at these beautiful property. We all loved it (age 18-60) Location was perfect for us. You have everything you need within walking distance. The balcony/veranda is very large. Great for sunbathing or just sitting watching the beautiful view. We only went once to the old town, it is worth it but we enjoyed this location to much to go again. Owners are very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

Fabulous

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. All amenities within walking distance. Locals friendly and very hepful. Lots to do. Would recommend it to anyone. We love croatia.

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik

We really enjoyed our stay and only wish it was longer. The apartment was in a great location on the marina with easy bus access to Old Town and a 15-minute walk to the beach.

Fanastic home base

Funtastic patio, great location, easy access via #6 bus to Old Town, great walks, well equipped kitchen, perfect for 3 couples, lovely hosts. View is what makes it great.Very safe area.

Great location

Great walking location, market and stores across the marina about a ten minute walk. 6 euros to the old city for tours. Coffee and amenities were supplied along with a new bbq. The terrace wss fabulous.

Ideal location

Great apartment with everything you could possibly need. There are some Road works outside but this did not ruin our stay. Excellent restaurants just a stones throw away. Hosts were brilliant.

Great stay!

Quit nice neighborhood…stairs inside a little tricky but just take your time. Clean and great balcony…view of the Maria board and water. Peppers, the restaurant next door very convenient, friendly and good. Not far to Old Town. Uber inexpensive to get around.

Wonderful stay in lapad

Lovely accommodation for a group of 6 adults. Central amazing location right on the marina with plenty of restaurants. 10 minutes to sunset beach and 40 minute walk into old town. Current works around the marina however, this did not hinder our stay and local businesses were open and unaffected. Host was amazing, great communication and easy check in :)

Family vacation

The house was clean, comfy beds, nice showers. Walking distance to market and good restaurants. There was street noise, which was to be expected. Also, construction right outside but it didn't make it hard to get around. Loved the water views and city lights across the bay.

Convenient new port stay

Delightful convenient compact location. Mato was very responsive. We particularly liked sitting on the large balcony terrace and watching the boats come to the harbour. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We found it good for the four of us. Would recommend.

Great place in Dubrovnik

The property is as advertised. Located in front of the marina. About 10 minutes away from the center of Lapad has a lovely pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the old town but there are buses and taxis nearby. Mato was great at gett

Amazing stay

Mato was the best host. Helped us so much when we had an unexpected delay and couldn’t meet our other guest. Fantastic location and lovely property. Some building work going on at the moment but it didn’t make a difference to the fantastic time we had here. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location

The apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean with every amenity you could possibly want right down to the panini maker. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace overlooking the harbor. We also appreciated the location away from the masses in the old city but within easy reach by the number 6 bus for 2 euros. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and a number of beaches tied together by a walking path along the water. There is construction underway outside the apartment which once completed will make this property even more special. Thank you for everything Mato.

Great place to see and explore Dubrovnik from

Our first time in Dubrovnik, we chose the Lapad area deliberately to get away from the Old Town part of the city. The whole of Dubrovnik is spectacular to experience and very easy to get around, so this apartment down near the Marina was in an excellent location, close to grocery stores and bus routes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we were met by Mato's lovely mother who introduced us to the city and the apartment. Would highly recommend the apartment and hosts! Keep in mind that the Marina itself is undergoing a fairly large scale redevelopment until late 2023 so road access is a bit hampered by the construction work. It should look amazing once finished.

Lovely apartment - but roadworks

This is a lovely apartment that suited our family needs. It was very clean with plenty of linen and additional supplies to make settling in easy. Our host's mother greeted us on arrival allowing us to drop our bags off early. She was also very helpful when we left, quickly translating our needs to our driver. We really appreciated her kindness. Our only issue was the major roadworks along the street which at times impacted our transportation and ease of access to and from the apartment. It will however be exceptional when completed.

Lovely bright apartment with terrace and sea view

A lovely apartment, the newly converted two upper floors of an old stone house, beautifully clean, with an exceptional terrace directly overlooking the harbor. Peaceful in the evening with a fresh sea breeze. One flight of stairs from street level to terrace and entrance, one flight of stairs in the apartment. The owner was readily contactable, very friendly and exceptionally helpful, arranging transport and helping with telephone calls to make various arrangements. Small restaurant (great pizza) a couple of doors along the street. Would recommend to friend or relative and hope to return before too long.

Major Construction

The entire front boardwalk/walkway is being torn apart. It spreads for miles...we had to walk in dirt, water and sewage. House is cute...but the construction will be going on for well over a year and they start at 7am. I highly advise to look for another house. Major dissapointment

Just Fabulous

We went on a short break, Thursday to Monday and couldn't believe how lucky we were that this property was still available. It is directly across the road from the Frapa Marina, where cruise ships and super yatchts moor up. Although the Marina itself wasn't busy busy busy with people, as most of the cruise passengers visit the old town. Which is cheaper to get an uber taxi to, if you are a family of four then the local bus. The owner met us on arrival to show us around the property. The sun terrace is beautiful, with a substantial shaded area, but also parts with full sun. Indoors it was clean, well maintained, you didn't notice any traffic noise from the road, there was air conditioning as well as fans in every room. The three bedrooms are of a sufficient size and bathrooms upstairs and down. If you are slightly immobile the stairs (because they are on a spiral) may be tricky, but the photos do reflect the spiral well. The property is so well appointed, you are within 20m of restaurants and a variety of restaurants. A small well stocked supermarket, with fresh pastries is just a 5 minute walk. It's a 5 minute drive to the old town or beaches. There was a tour guide office next door, whose trips were cheaper than if you booked in the old town, who was very helpful with information. We are a group of 5 ladies in our 50's and thoroughly enjoyed Croatia and the property and can't recommend it highly enough.

Lapad

WOW! An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Excellent accommodations, the outdoor space is a bonus. You overlook the marina with mountains in the distance. Everything you could want in a kitchen area. Beds super comfortable. Crisp white linens. Plenty of towels. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. We will be recommending this gem to everyone we know who plan on coming to Dubrovnik. Thank you Mato and Jele
