A modern, completely NEW and RENOVATED studio located on the 11th floor, with an incredible ocean view and great sunlight. Situated a 15- to 20-minute walk from the ocean, it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend a weekend, a vacation, or perhaps just relax for a few days.
There is also a pool on the 13th floor of the building, offering a panoramic view of the city.
It comfortably and safely accommodates 4 adults and 1 child.
Public transportation is 50 meters away, and there's a mini-market right next to the building.

Great stay. The apartment was in excellent condition. Room was properly prepared for out arrival and the expected guests. Children enjoyed the pool amenity. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and a joy to see in the morning upon waking up.

This flat has beautiful location with incredible views, which were definitely the highlights. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches of wine and chocolates. Having laundry detergent available was also a nice convenience. That said, the flat felt more like a 3-star experience for us. There are several relatively simple improvements that would make a big difference in guest comfort. The bath towels need replacing as they were rough and had a mildew smell. We also expected pool towels to be provided since the property has a pool. The AC didn’t quite reach the sleeping area effectively, so a fan would have been helpful. A few items, including the toilet seat and one of the dining chairs, need some attention.We also would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication from the hosts during our stay. I had to message them the morning of our arrival for our check-in information. The property has a lot going for it, especially the location, views, and comfortable bed. With some attention to the amenities and a few updates, we think it could be a really lovely place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in Cascais. Sebastiao was a great host and his tips were greatly appreciated. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and the location was great. Quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the outside of the building so we could not use the balcony and the view was obstructed with scaffolding and netting. Would definitely return on our next trip.

Hosts were very kind and responsive. They allowed us to check in early after flying all night. The condominium was very comfortable and cozy. The view from the balcony was amazing. It’s a great location, with many areas of interest within a 15-20 minute walk.

The flat was clean and adequately furnished. Great location, making it easy to walk or catch an Uber ride to nearby restaurants and other area attractions. From the balcony, you can overlook Cascais and see the water in the distance. Our only wish was that the outdoor furniture was a little more comfortable for relaxing. The owners were friendly and easy to contact and were quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

Lovely little place in residential Cascais

This is a lovely little studio in residential Cascais that is about a 20 minute walk to the vibrant old town and about a 15 minute walk to the water

DISASTROUS, misleading, . The balcony was under construction with scaffolding, Cement dust, workers right on the terrace the entire time during the day with absolutely no privacy. The smell in the hall was unbearable. There were two of us in the room and we were there for three nights that we tried to get out of. We were only left two towels. Due to the construction, we were unable to open the slider to the terrace, which left absolutely no ventilation. we are now in the process of trying to get a refund.

I wish I could give 6-stars!

Our experience here was amazing! From clear communication before check in, to the wonderful, welcoming atmosphere once we got inside, everything was perfect! Everything was in immaculate condition… Like brand new! Would highly recommend to anyone considering stay in this location!

Cool and retro!

The unit was lovely - modern and well appointed. The view and balcony was a big plus. The building was quite funky - from the retro lobby to the elevators that seemed right out of a movie. The unit was super close to all the sites and restaurants. Our host was super responsive and helpful! .

Fantastic

Me and my two children (16 and 18) had a lovely stay at this apartment. Tastefully decorated and everything we needed. We loved the terrasse and pool at the rooftop. 20 minute walk to the venter of town and beaches. Easy to communicate with the owners. We had 5 nights there but were sad to leave.

Location was Great!!

This is a newly renovated property with fantastics views. Sunsets are amazing. Cozy and perfect for a few days stay. Everything in the flat was new, clean and perfect for the stay. The bedding and bed itself would be the only thing I would like to see changed. The mattress was too firm for my liking and the pillows were dead. Overall this place is great. There is a small market next door to get food and drinks for breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a great place close to Cascais downtown, then this is it. Enjoy it's and amazing city!!

My issue with this property is the owner told me a couple days before we got there that we could not use the balcony due to construction. This was our view of the ocean. When we arrived the entire building had a scaffold on it so I believe this owner should have given me a heads up months ago or dropped the price. 2nd- when we arrived the drain was clogged which caused water to flood the bathroom. We immediately and kindly contacted the owner. She was responsive but seemed to keep saying comments like, “I don’t understand”. “It was working this past weekend”. “Before you got there it was working”. Which felt like she was placing blame on us. Her problem solve was liquid drain-o, when that didn’t work she asked us if we can take quick showers. I told her we needed a shower due to us walking all day and feeling very uncomfortable. We could not shower that night and I asked for some type of refund. At first she said she couldn’t, I said, I will contact VRBO, which I did, we then settled on 30% refund which she immediately did. She had a plumber over the next day at 9:30am. He fixed it within 30 minutes. She apologized finally for the inconvenience. I just feel like I was not treated well with this owner and was really hoping for a great experience and sleep In Cascais. Also the beds were on the harder side. It was just not the best experience.

Magnifique appartement avec vue sur la mer

Superbe appartement moderne bien équipé avec vue sur la mer. Exactement comme sur les photos. Stationnement facile en bas de l'immeuble. Epicerie au coin de la rue. Check-in facile et rapide avec des portes codées. À 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville, on peut y trouver restaurants, boutiques et autres commodités. Excellent point de départ pour visiter les environs; Sintra, Sesimbra... Deux suggestions pour les restaurants; Corleone al Mare et Soya Noodle, les 2 au centre-ville. Vous pouvez aussi vous faire livrer d'excellents mets italien de chez Pizzaria la Gioconda ( commande en ligne ) . Communication avec les propriétaires faciles et rapides. On vous recommande cet endroit à 100%

Une belle découverte

Premières vacances au Portugal avec notre fille d'un an. Le logement est bien desservi (arrêts de bus en bas de l'immeuble et dans la rue), supérette au pied de l'immeuble. Appartement cosy et fonctionnel, ménage impeccable, de petites attentions qui font plaisir. Piscine parfaite avec une superbe vue. Communication avec l'hôte très efficace. Bref, je recommande à 100% !
