This 3-bedroom Victorian house is in Freshwater, Isle of Wight, close to Freshwater Bay and The Needles.
Downstairs has a lounge with sofas and TV, and separate dining room with seating for 6. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed and large wardrobes
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with zip-link beds that can be made up as a super king size bed if required
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds
The upstairs bathroom has a full-size bath, toilet and a walk-in shower.
The rear garden has outside seating under a pergola. To the front of the house is off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in this property

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen.
We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can relax upon arrival.

Red Butt House is located on a quiet, residential street in Freshwater, Isle of Wight, the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing break. At the end of the road is a corner shop for your essentials. Freshwater town centre and the large supermarket are a couple of minutes drive away.
The dramatic coastline has many chines and beaches to explore. Freshwater Bay is a 2-minute drive and slightly further afield at Compton you can go searching for dinosaur footprints. There are some great walks nearby including Tennyson Down and the Needles Headland.
The Needles and Alum Bay with its coloured sands are only about a 7-minute drive. Tapnell Park Farm with farm animals, football golf, aqua park and archery/axe throwing is a 5minute drive away.
This is a self-contained property you can come and go as suits you. You do not need to contact us to check in or out. The key for entry is in a Master Key Safe outside the property, so you can let yourselves in at check in time.
A few days before your holiday, we will send you a message on TripAdvisor with directions to the property. The key safe code will be sent by text message from IWVacations shortly before check-in time at 5pm. Please note that early check-in is not available.
Although you do not need to meet us, we are normally nearby and available by phone, text message or email, 8am to 10pm. If you have any problems, something is not working, need advice on tourist attractions or anything, please do feel free to contact us.
