The fully equipped kitchen is a true strong point, with all the necessary appliances: fridge, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and much more. The living room has a television and a cosy fireplace for moments of socialising.
Located just 500 metres from the Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course, the apartment is strategically situated. Falésia Beach is 5 km away, Vilamoura Marina is 5 km away, and Faro Airport is 27 km away. With private parking in the building, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, this space is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The exterior invites moments of leisure with garden, terrace and barbecue. Note that pets and young groups are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The accommodation does not accept groups of young people, minimum permitted age: 25 years.
