The light and airy 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment enjoys a good location and lovely views over Vilamoura and out to sea.

Fast broadband with over 100 TV channels in a multitude of languages, including numerous Sky Sport and TNT sports channels.

Fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, large lounge-diner. 2 South facing balconies overlooking the communal gardens and children's/ adult swimming pools. There is a poolside snack bar with WiFi. Being on the top, 4th floor (served by lifts), this is one of the best located apartments in the block with superior views.

Clean linen and towels are provided weekly (beach/ pool towels can be provided upon request)

Only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. Ideally located for the numerous golf courses and restaurants. The nearest Supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great apartment.The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed, We really enjoyed the fact it was on the fourth floor great for sitting on the balcony enjoying the views down to the marina. The bar /restaurant on site was very good often had live music on ,food was good great if you didn’t want to go to the marina. Just a short walk was a spar supermarket and another couple of bars /restaurants a really great location. I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and great location

Very nice spacious apartment, lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with sea view, family run pool bar/restaurant a great asset with really friendly staff and reasonable prices. Pool has been refurbished since last year so very good. Beds comfortable and showers great (although shower screen would be better than curtains), apartment was spotless and all the kitchen equipment you need for your stay. Letting agents very helpful and friendly. Location of apartment is excellent, about 15/20 walk to the Marina.

Cheeky getaway

The property was perfectly located in between the Old Village and the Marina. Supermarket and cafe serving fabulous food 2 mins walk away. Even though we had everything we needed, AC in both bedrooms would have been better and in this day and age a wifi connection really is a must. The apartment was a bit tired and in need of an update, beds were hard and uncomfortable and a shower screen rather than curtain would be more hygienic. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was great.

No entanto, tem o senão ser num 4 andar em que o elevador apenas está disponivel só de dia...tem este aviso na porta "Aconselhamos a não usar o elevador durante a noite, uma vez que a recepção encontra-se encerrada, e em caso de avaria não está ninguém para ouvir o alarme. Bon emplacement

Logement parfait pour 4 personnes. Emplacement parfait à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la marina. Appartement au 4ème étage avec ascenseur et vue mer. Exposition Ouest pour le coucher de soleil. Très belle région pour profiter des plages et des paysages. L'accueil se fait par une conciergerie qui est très efficace. Ménage fait en milieu de séjour pour les durées supérieures à 10 jours ce qui est un vrai plus. La fibre avec TV câble est disponible dans l'appartement (non spécifié sur l'annonce). La piscine est peu fréquentée ce qui permet une vraie détente. Les équipements et la description sont conformes à l'annonce. L'hôte est très réactif aux demandes formulées. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour l'appartement correspondait tout à fait à l'annonce très grand propre très bien équipé, Nous avons apprécié le coffret de bienvenu et le ménage réalisé au milieu de notre séjour. Du balcon au loin nous apercevons l'océan. Situé à 20 minutes à pied de la marina, pour la plage c'est un peu loin 40 minutes à pied. Il y a une très belle piscine (dommage que les enfants décolle la faïence au fond de la piscine et cela fait rire les parents !!!) Il y a un petit magasin Spar à côté très pratique. Nous recommandons la location et Nous retournerons dès que possible. Merci aux propriétaires.

Große Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht von dem Balkon. In der Anlage ist grosser Pool und kleines Restaurant vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its location. Having teenage children we wanted somewhere they could stay without the need of a hire car. Once transferred from the airport everything is within walking distance, or an excursion can easily be arranged for attractions further afield.

Our apartment has a light and airy feel and being on the top floor has superior views of the surrounding area and out to sea.
