Hi Leah! Thank you for staying with us and for your wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that your experience was fantastic and that the property suited your group perfectly. We apologize for the pest issue and want you to know that we take such reports seriously. We have contacted the appropriate parties to ensure it will not be a problem in the future. As for the toiletries, they are provided in our complimentary starter kit and are not intended to last the entire stay. We also regret the trash oversight. This is typically collected on Thursdays and Mondays, and we apologize for this. We are glad to hear that your overall stay was great! We do hope to welcome you again for a much better vacation experience. Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property itself. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the difficulties you encountered with making contact with us. We understand how important timely communication is, especially regarding access codes. We will address these concerns with our team to ensure a better experience in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for sharing your feedback Barry. We sincerely regret the frustration you experienced upon arrival. To clarify, our system automatically sends out access codes a week prior to arrival and again on the actual day of check-in. Unfortunately, it appears the guide was not fully utilized, which led to the confusion. Once you reached out, one of our agents promptly assisted you, guiding you to the exact location of the information. Additionally, our management team personally followed up and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a 5% discount on a future stay, which you kindly accepted. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to welcome you back for a smoother and more enjoyable experience next time! Best, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much, Heather, for your considerate review! We're thrilled to learn that you found the house to be beautiful and more spacious than expected. Your feedback about the beds and some minor wear and tear is highly valued as we are constantly striving for improvement. Despite the slight inconvenience of the key fob situation, we're delighted to know that you enjoyed the private beach access. The convenient location and amenities such as the pool, beach chairs, wagons, and boogie boards seem to have added to your positive experience. We will certainly address the missing kitchen items you mentioned. We apologize for any disturbance caused by the neighboring construction; however, we're glad it didn't significantly affect your stay. Overall, we're overjoyed that you had a wonderful time, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future! Warm regards, Benchmark Management

We are glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and beach access, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the layout, location, and charm of the house, and that the proximity to the beach and pool were such positives for you. Mihn, We are very sorry to hear that your stay with us at Benchmark Management was unsatisfactory. It is never our intention for our guest to be displeased with the property they booked for their relaxing trip to the beach. Our records show that we were informed of the overflowing trashcans as well as the linens and curtain rod. After we were notified of these issues, we had a member of our team stop by the property and move some trash as well as try to enter the property, but no one answered the door. Management also called the following day and left a voicemail to make sure everything was back on track, but we never heard a response from you. We want to assure you that we did our due diligence to right our wrongs while on your stay. We are however happy you enjoyed the location of the home and the easily accessible beach access. We hope you can consider staying with us again at Benchmark Management, we would love the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.

Jami, thank you for finding the time to share the details of your recent visit. We're thrilled to know you and your family had such a great time at Ocean Park! The home is very spacious, with great parking options and quick access to the beach. We're sorry you didn't get to make use of the community pool. It is usually perfect during hot summertime after a long day at the beach. We're happy to find other options next time that suits your needs. We love your suggestion about adding another fob and will pass this information on to our team. We're already looking forward to your return for another great beach vacation! Sincerely, Benchmark Management
