SituĂ© Ă  Seagrove Beach - Ă  1,6 km du centre de Seaside Square, le Beacons Condominium's est le secret le mieux gardĂ© de la Scenic Highway 30-A. Notre complexe de 2 immeubles de 10 unitĂ©s en copropriĂ©tĂ© est nichĂ© entre des maisons privĂ©es d'un million de dollars et notre propre plage privĂ©e. Notre condo # 7 Beacons est dans le deuxiĂšme bĂątiment Ă  l'arriĂšre de la plage. Nous sommes du cĂŽtĂ© BEACHSIDE de 30-A donc il n'y a PAS DE ROUTES vers les CROISÉES. En fait, vous pouvez marcher du patio de notre condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă  la plage en environ 70 marches.

L'emplacement de notre condo est parfait! Non seulement nous sommes du cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de la Scenic Highway 30-A, mais la piste de jogging / marche / vĂ©lo de 16 miles le long de 30-A est juste devant notre porte. Montez Ă  vĂ©lo et vous serez dans le magnifique village de Seaside en environ 5 minutes ou l'une de nos activitĂ©s prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es est de faire du vĂ©lo jusqu'au parc d'État de Grayton Beach et de louer un canoĂ« pour l'aprĂšs-midi et profiter des magnifiques lacs de dunes cĂŽtiĂšres qui sont originaire de cette partie de la Floride.

Nous avons de nombreux clients rĂ©guliers qui sĂ©journent dans notre condo annĂ©e aprĂšs annĂ©e et les nouveaux clients adorent notre «livre d'or» oĂč les prĂ©cĂ©dents visiteurs laissent des conseils et des suggestions quant aux endroits oĂč manger, faire du shopping ou faire dans la rĂ©gion. Notre condo a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et peut accueillir 4 avec une chambre principale spacieuse et de grands lits superposĂ©s que les enfants adorent particuliĂšrement.

Easy beach access

We had an issue the first day we arrived but it was take care of promptly. Has easy beach access and centrally located . We would start again . It could ise another large skillet as it was hard to cook with just the one. Also the floors could use a good deep cleaning as they turned our feet black.

A great little spot in the sun!

A great little place! Great location, steps from the beach and from 30A. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for the two of us. We are already considering when we can visit again. This spot will go on our first choices list for our future vacations.

This property is a little dated and in need of a new mattress. We were so close to the beach that it made our stay so much better.

Perfectly located on 30A and steps from the beach.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at BJ’s place. Exactly 1 mile from Seaside, we were close enough to scooter and bike there but didn’t have to deal with all of that seaside traffic. The beach was steps away and very easy and convenient to get to and the unit is on the 1st floor so no stairs to navigate with all of the beach equipment to lug up and down. The unit itself was cute and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and prompt. We will gladly book this unit again when we make it back to 30A!

Getaway at Seagrive

We enjoyed our stay and would probably go back. We were very satisfied with the condo as it was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to replace the bed pillows. When I removed the pillow cases, I discovered that there wasn't a protective case on the pillows and the pillows were yellow and stained from use. Will take my own pillows if we ever go back.

Great location by the beach!

What a greet find! So close to the beach, perfect place for a couple. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot, laundry, and a quick walk to the beach with the private condo beach access. Also easy walk to bud and alley’s restaurant! Also they had lots of beach chair options. Only wish is the bed was a bit comfier. Unfortunately a little old and soft.

Family annual beach trip

We have been going to Seagrove for several years for our family vacation to the beach. We have stayed in the Beacons units several times but this was the first time staying in this unit. We were not disappointed. The Check in was very easy and the Shaw’s are wonderful owners. They reached out to inform me before our arrival, that they had to order a new refrigerator due to the ice maker stopped working and it would not be there before our check in. But they made sure we were accommodated with ice trays. I thought this was very thoughtful to let us know before arriving. The unit is equipped with everything you need and also there are a few beach chairs and a grill for you to use. The ocean is only a few steps away from the unit and it’s one my favorite beaches in seaside. My favorite thing is the convenience of the parking. You pull up to your front door , which makes it easy for loading and unloading your things. I loved this unit at the beacons and will be staying here again.

This was our second summer staying at BJ’s place. We are already planning on booking for next year. The condo is well stocked and a few short steps to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

First time guests.

The condo was in a good location In Seagrove. The only negative about the location was the public accesses on both sides of the condo. Lots of people in front of the condo. If it was a private beach no one was enforcing it but I’m not even sure it was private so don’t hold me to that. The only thing about the condo that needs updating is the mattress. Other than that it was good. Lots of nice cookware and one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen for a rental. We would go back in early spring or late fall when the beaches wasn’t as crowded.

First Time to Area

Condo was perfect with the essentials needed, Very Clean. area very quiet, we however are doers and would have like to have had more activities than just sand and a beach chair. ⛱ We will book earier next time as we were told several times that Nov is the off season and not all activities are still operational.
