Stunning Coastal Lodge - Sleeping 4 in 2 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Welcome to Bay Breeze - a new lodge on The Bay Filey - with easy access to the pool and beach this is perfect for a family escape!

Bay Breeze Meadows Lodge is situated in a corner of the prestigious new gated Meadows Development and is really close to the centre of the village, the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre.

Enjoy a spacious terrace and relax in the outdoors on the lovely deck!

Enter Bay-Breeze through the step free door into the hallway with storage for coats and other essentials. To your left are the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower (wet) room, and the second bedroom with two single beds. These can be pushed together (by guests) to make a king should you wish this. (two single duvets etc provided). There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely comfy seating for 4, SMART TV and Nespresso coffee machine. Exit through the large sliding doors to the deck with seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The bio-ethanol burner makes this lodge warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Lovely property

Beautiful property with all the facilities you require. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk from beach. Lovely little swimming pool, table tennis and tennis courts absolute to use.

Fabulous location straight onto the beach Great accommodation lovely and clean. Ideal base for Filey,Bempton and Flamborough. Friendly but professional customer service. Loved our holiday. Will be back

Excellent stay

Had a fantastic stay at Bay Breeze. The beach house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for your stay. Bay breeze is situated very close to all amenities and just a short walk to the beach. The communication with the hosts was also excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Holiday at Bay Breeze

This is our second time at Bay Breeze. We are so comfortable here feels like our second home. Excellent standard of cleanliness. It’s location is perfect for exploring the East coast of Yorkshire.

Excellent place to stay

Bay Breeze was perfect. The decor was lovely and it felt warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay in it again. Not so sure about the local pub though. Friendly place but was disappointed in the food.

Beautiful lodge

This is our 2nd visit to Bay Breeze, it's a beautiful lodge set in beautiful surroundings. It is very well equipped with all one requires to cook if needed. Beds are comfortable, bedding is spotless. Lovely decked area facing into the evening sun. My only dissatisfaction would be to have the tub chair replaced with a more comfortable seated easy chair and a little footstool My disabled sister found the tub chair very uncomfortable.

Short Stay at Bay Breeze

My partner and I brought our two youngest grandchildren (ages 6 and 8) to The Bay and stayed for three nights in the Bay Breeze lodge. The accommodation was first-class. Ten-out-of-ten for comfort, cleanliness, service, location and enjoyment. We found that a combination of facilities on-site, coupled with local attractions, meant that there wasn't enough hours in a day. After long-days out we were able to return to base, relax in comfort and charge our batteries ready for the next day. Will certainly return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Weekend away

We stayed from Friday to Monday with my elderly in-laws who have mobility issues the ramp up to the lodge made easy access for the wheelchair and the Walker.. the big walk in shower made showering a lot easier than a small cubicle. The only downside to the lodge is It has no individual parking outside like the ones around it so it made dropping off and picking up a little bit more awkward. but it didn’t spoil our weekend

Value for money

I would highly recommend Bay Breeze, the cabin was very clean and comfortable in a good location. There were some minor issues that require closer attention, the kettle had a lot of scale in ( I purchased some descaler and sorted that out), the extractor grille in the large bedroom had a lot of fluff in ( cleared it best I could) and the cushions on the settee are starting to look a little grubby. These minor issues did not impact on our overall enjoyment of the cabin and we would certainly go again.

Mid Week Stay

We have been coming to The Bay for years. This is our second stay in Bay Breeze and we have already booked for next year. Its a great location, the lodge is very clean, has all the essentials you will need and an extremely comfy kingsize bed in the main bedroom. Also the deck gets a lot of afternoon and evening sun, very peaceful! Although you are overlooked by the surrounding lodges it feels private in that you are not one of the main routes that people walk through. Although you do not get your own parking space there are plenty of spaces on the road going through the Meadows which is very nearby. My only slight suggestion for improvement would be some kind of floor standing light to the left of the sofa as at night the table lamp doesn't give off much light and its either that or all the overhead spotlights on (there's no option to just turn half of them on). Great communication and help as always from Anthony at Anchor Bay.
