The south-facing terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. This studio is fully equipped and offers full comfort.
You will find many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, and the famous Nikki Beach beach club is less than 500m away.
This beautiful studio is perfectly located on the Costa del Sol, with several golf courses within 10 minutes by car, the historic center of Marbella 15 minutes, Puerto Banus 20 minutes and the airport 30 minutes.
It has a comfortable built-in double bed and an additional bed thanks to the convertible sofa.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
