The entire residence Le Casette has 3 holiday homes + 1 owner's house. The houses were completed in 2021 and offer you some special amenities.



This exclusive & family-friendly wellness oasis Casa Casaliva in the residence Le Casette was designed with a modern and stylish feel-good interior to enable holiday guests to take a relaxing break with family or friends far away from the stressful everyday life.



You can expect a light-flooded, spacious 100 m holiday home on 3 levels.



In addition to a light-flooded living and dining area with large window fronts to the balcony, the spacious upper floor also houses the kitchen and a toilet. The dining area with an elegant crystal dining table and 6 comfortable chairs invites you to get together and play evenings.



The open, fully equipped kitchen harmoniously integrated into the living and dining area with high-quality equipment with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle leave nothing to be desired.



On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds invite you to sleep, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. One bedroom leads to the balcony. Wardrobes offer enough storage space for the holiday wardrobe.

The beds are made up, we also provide towel sets. You should bring bath towels for the pool.



In the basement there is the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine (free use).



To cool off, you can jump into the shared pool.



Pets are not allowed in this house, so it is ideal for those with animal hair allergies.



2 parking spaces are available at the house.



Toscolano Maderno is the ideal starting point for your nature experience in the beautiful Black Forest: for hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, but also for road tours by bike, motorcycle or car. Enjoy the peace and quiet, far away from the stress of everyday life. Restaurants, supermarkets, the lake promenade and the ferry can be found in the neighboring center of Toscolano Maderno (10 minutes by car).

For golf lovers there are several golf courses within a 15 km radius.



Tourist tax 1 euro per day and per person.



It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
