The space
The fitted kitchen comes with fully equipped for guest to cook for themselves if they wish to.
Cooking equipment, and basics such as oil & seasonings are provided along with a small welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits. There is a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & dishwasher.
There is a comfortable living room with 3-seater sofa & arm chairs, smart TV.

All beds have comfortable mattress & good quality cotton sheets & we provide soft fluffy towels, iron & hair dryer.
There is bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin.

There is secure parking available up to 3 cars inside the property, & outdoor seating area can use during the summer.

Guest Access:
Guest have fully access to the house and gardens surrounding it.
Whilst, we really want our guest to enjoy themselves and the great outdoors during their stay we request that our guests respect our property, please do not abuse with drunken behaviour.
