The house is tastefully-furnished, is modern, and is 100 m².

The property is located 200 m from the from the restaurant, 850 m from Estação Comboios Faro train station, 1 km from Mercado Municipal de Faro supermarket, 7 km from Aeroporto de Faro airport, 8 km from Praia de Faro sand beach, 16 km from Quinta do Lago Golfe Course golf course. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, 1 TV, tv satellite.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer are provided.

We do not accept groups of young people. Minimum age 25 years.

Weekend in Faro

The location of this house is great as it was only an easy 10-15 minute stroll to everything or if you rent a car, street parking is easy to find. At night the neighborhood is quiet, and the house is air conditioned so there is very little noise to disturb your sleep. We found some issues with the house however. They provide a coffee maker that required specific pods but none were provided to start us off or to even show us which to purchase. There was no laundry soap provided for the machine. There were no napkins or towels to use in the kitchen. And considering this is a beach town and sand is going to get in everywhere there wasn’t a broom and dustpan in the house. When we arrived there was a ridiculously strong air freshener scent, it gave us headaches and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We later realized that is probably being used to mask some of the musty smell of the house. The biggest issue however was the upstairs shower. It drained slower than the water coming out so the minimal basin filled rapidly. It had insufficient slope for drainage and there is a lip that was glued down on the entrance to keep the water in that has failed. Now, a five minute shower will end up with a significant amount of water all over the bathroom floor with no method available to clean up. This may be the culprit for the musty smell. If these issues are addressed we would absolutely consider staying here again but otherwise, it was enough to warrant a “fail” rating.

Great place close to Downtown

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this 2-story apartment, very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the downtown / marina area. It’s clean and well maintained and the check in process was quick and easy. There are some great local restaurants very nearby—I highly recommend Chef Branco. We enjoyed Faro, Ohao and the nearby islands as well—we stayed for a week without running out of things to see and do. In all we liked everything about the apartment and the town, and would certainly return.

Casa Lobo Faro

La casa está muy bien decorada y su situación es buena, a unos 10 minutos del centro. Está muy bien para las familias con niños. Lo negativo es que estuvimos esperando media hora en la calle hasta que llegara la persona que nos hizo el chekin. También tuve que hacer tres llamadas telefónicas y enviar mensajes porque faltaban copas y taza de desayuno que nos trajeron al día siguiente por la tarde. Las almohadas eran incómodas. Asimismo nos pareció muy raro que hubiera dos habitaciones y una cajonera cerrados con llave. No obstante, pasamos unos días muy agradables. Un cordial saludo
