Our Kokkino Lithari between Kineta and Ag. Theodoroi Waterfront Vacation Villa has plenty to offer.
Ag. Theodoroi has a perfect geographical location on the Saronic Gulf.
The Corinth Canal connects the Aegean and the Ionian Seas through a man-made Canal, this was established by the end of 19th century.
You can hear the ebb of the sea which is at the foot of the house!

The Villa is near Athens, 2 km from the Suburban Railway Station, providing easy access to and from the airport.
The residence is accessible directly from the Old National Road, connecting Athens with Corinth (about 10 km from Corinth and 60 km from Athens).
A House on the seashore, with excellent view to the Saronic Gulf, gated and fenced private grounds, with its own access to a mostly private beach.
Available to host up to 6-8 guests, at any time.
( 2 bedrooms sleep 4+2 =6, and sofa bed in large living room sleeps 2 total 8)
Our property starts from the local road meandering the shoreline, and reaches all the way to the crystal clear sea, with amazing sea views , surrounded by pine trees, lemon and orange and olive trees, on a terraced grounds that lead to the beach through a series of pathways.
Traditional Greek Home Rustically Beautiful, ( settlement) is located on a 2680 m2 plot of land, with open air verandas and herb garden.

The ideal geographical location offers the possibility to visit on one-day trips several Historic sites from all around Athens to the Saronic Islands, the Peloponnese, Delphi in Central Greece .
From the House you have access to many other places of interest (local food festivals, winter and summer sports and historical sites).

2. THE UTILITIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE SECURITY FEE THE DAY YOU LEAVE
3. Your security deposit will be returned to you after the house has been checked, upon departure.
4. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you:
5. The owner will not be liable or responsible for guest’s items lost or stolen.
6. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible.
7. No damage is done to the home or its contents.
Any damages in the house must be reported.
8. We keep a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors and on the verandas. Butts are to be disposed of properly.
9. The charge for the usage of electricity and water
ACCORDING TO THE providers RATE + tax for each kWh & m3
Fee is charged by the meters the day you leave.
10. PETS: Well behaved pets are welcomed.
No pets allowed, without prior agreement.
All pets must have proof of excellent health, and recent veterinarian visits.
There is an additional 150 € euro, boarding and cleaning fee, for each pet that Guests bring.
Guests who bring pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
You can only use this deposit as a prepayment for another date in this Vacation Home.
The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations or refunds due to weather, utility shortages, public works or other such force “majore” events beyond the landlord’s control.
