Renovated detached house 200 meters from the sea, with unrestricted sea views and in a lush garden with trees. Large terraces. Convenient parking and free wifi. 1 hour from Athens and the airport. Walking distance from Boat Parking Almyra (300 meters) .15 minutes from Casino Loutraki, Thermal spa of Loutraki and Ancient Corinth.
The access to the 2000 m2 estate is permitted.
The space
2 bedrooms and a large living room with dining area. 2 TVs 45 and 32 inch with Netflix. Kitchen with dishwasher, electrical appliances such as hobs and oven, microwave, espresso / cappuccino machine, filter coffee, kettle, toaster etc. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Huge terraces with nice furniture and cot with unrestricted sea views.

Throughout the house and the balconies. At the whole estate also.

Easy access at the National road Athens Korinth. The National road is close to the house. Very close (walking distance) from Almyra boat parking.

Wonderfull home with marvellous seeview

The house was clean, very comfortable and had all you need for cooking, washing, living, etc. The host was very quick and correct in answering questions and provides us with all the information we needed. It's also very quiet.
