Our 5 bedroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, is perfect for those traveling with children or business groups. Wonderfully fitted beds and linens and tasteful art decor will make an incredible experience.
The apartment is 3 minutes from Metro Plaza de Catalunya (Red Line L1 & Green Line L3).
The Space:
This five-bedroom apartment that’s spacious, bright and has a nice organization of the rooms: you can either spend time together in the cosy common area or just stay in one of the rooms having some time by yourself.
With beautifully contemporary decor and a super calm feel, our apartment is really an ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring. Natural light flows through the living area, making it bright and airy. Surrounded by large windows, the room has a large, comfy sofa, and flat-screen TV, so you can make yourself at home. Discrete yet cosy artwork add to the room’s modern design. The open-plan space includes a dining table, so you can enjoy a meal with family or business groups. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a wonderful coffee machine and a microwave. In the bedrooms, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable beds, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. The design of the room includes a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located 2 minutes away from Plaça Catalunya, which is generally considered to be both its city centre and the place where the old city and the 19th century-built Eixample meet.
Some of the city's most important streets and avenues meet at Plaça Catalunya: Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla Catalunya, La Rambla, and Portal de l’Àngel. The plaza occupies an area of about 50,000 square metres. It is especially known for its fountains and statues, its proximity to some of Barcelona's most popular attractions, and the flocks of pigeonsthat gather in the centre. The square played a significant part in the Spanish Civil War also.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Plaça Catalunya (Lines 1 & 3).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Family Trip to Barcelona
My family ( 8 of us ) stayed for 10 days.
The apartment was in a great
location, it was clean and the size was good. We could have used more towels.
Overall, an excellent propert and management team.
