Beautiful house in a lovely quiet village

Thank you to Peggy and Peter for such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and well equipped. All the rooms were fantastic and the patio area was so lovely. We enjoyed visits from the local ducks and cat and being next to the water was so picturesque. Two toilets was very handy, especially as there six of us. The bathroom was very spacious and clean too. We will definitely return!

Everything was wonderful-except the weather. Only thing I would suggest would be to have written instructions in the home for the dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Lovely time. Wish we could have enjoyed the boat.

Netherlands vacation

Wonderful location. Owners living next door made it very convenient to access any necessary supplies. Wish the weather had cooperated, so didnt get the opportunity to enjoy the owners boat. For future rentals think it would be most helpful to have written instructions on how to use the appliances. We all had a great time using this home as our home base for the 11 days we were in the Netherlands. Thank you Peter and Peggy.

Nice and spacious

We spent one week in this nice and spacious house. We are a family of four but there is definitely enough space for six people in the house. Peggy and Peter are very nice people and great hosts. They were always checking if everything was alright or if we needed something. Rijpwetering is a very cute small village surrounded by a lot of water and close to many beautiful cities. We visited Leiden, wich is only an 10 minute ride by car, Delft and Amsterdam (30 minutes away) and of course the coast and the lakes for swimming! A boat tour would have also been nice but one week ist just to short for doing everything!! For us it was perfectly located for exploring south Holland. Thanks for the great week!

Gut, schöner kleiner Ort mit Grachten direkt am Garten. Bis zum Meer allerdings 30min. Insgesamt guter Standard. Die Treppen sind recht steil in der Immobilie. Also nicht barrierefrei, nicht für Menschen mit Schwierigkeiten beim Laufen geeignet.

Tolles Haus direkt am Kanal

Wir habe uns mit sechs Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Peter und Peggy haben uns auf Nachfrage sofort ein Kinderreisebett und einen Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir haben von hier aus ganz einfach Touren nach Amsterdam, Leiden, Zandvoort und Haarlem unternommen.

Prima accommodatie. Echter weinig privacy in de tuin. Jammer dat de buren een zeer luidruchtig feest hadden waar de verhuurder vrolijk aan mee deed. Onze tuin werd ook gebruikt voor communicatie met de feestende buren, mooi weer maar noodgedwongen de middag en avond binnen fezeten

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Peggy und Peter. Wir konnten unser kleines Angelboot mitbringen und die 14 Tage direkt an der Außenterrasse festmachen. Die Brücke kann ohne Probleme passiert werden ( Drehbrücke), es muß nur jemand vorher öffnen 😉. Ist alles kein Problem und sehr gut beschrieben. Peter und Peggy sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Zoals je ziet de brug is prima te bedienen. Dus houd voorwaarden en huisregels in de gaten dan weet je wat r speelt omtrent het huis en de omgeving.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Kanal

Wir hatten schöne 5 Tage Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Am Kanal war es sehr schön, wir hatten unser Schlauchboot dabei und konnten damit super zu See fahren. Ein größeres Boot hätte nicht gepasst, da man ständig unter eine Brücke durch fahren mussten. Garage war leider nicht vorhanden und nur ein Stellplatz. Das Besteck war nicht gut eingerichtet für mehrere Personen und dazu ein wenig abgenutzt. Die Spülung in der Toilette war nicht so super für 6 Personen, es dauerte ewig bis das Wasser wieder kam, somit konnten wir meistens nur unten auf die Toilette! Im großen und ganzen war es gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Betten waren angenehm zum Liegen. Zur ersten Etage wo auch die Schlafzimmer sind ist alles andere als barrierefrei, ein Rollstuhlfahrer hätte Probleme. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr nett! Immer hilfsbereit.

Schauen Sie, das sind informationen, die wir verwenden können. Auch größere boote sind kein problem, da sich die brücke einfach öffnen lässt. Wenn Sie sich als gast die mühe machen, unsere hausordnung und die laken zu lesen, die auf dem tisch liegen, können Sie in einer reihe von schritten sehen, wie Sie diese brücke öffnen können. Wir werden die spezifikationen so schnell wie möglich bei der ersten Änderung anpassen. Was die toilette betrifft, so wird ebenfalls im November gearbeitet, das gesamte badezimmer soll renoviert werden.
