Mythos is a newly built villa, covering an area of 100 square meters, situated just 250 meters away from the magnificent sandy beach renowned for its crystal-clear waters in the Damnoni area of Crete. The ground floor of this villa features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable corner sofa, and a spacious 55 smart TV with access to a Netflix account. On this level, there is one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be conveniently converted into a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and comes with an en-suite bathroom.



Moving to the first floor, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom.



Outside, the villa boasts a 25-square-meter private swimming pool, a well-maintained lawn garden, and a patio area. Sunbeds and various outdoor furniture provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Additionally, a dedicated parking space is provided for your convenience.



Mythos enjoys an ideal location, with local taverns within walking distance, and it is only 3 kilometers away from the popular Plakias area, where you'll find a wide range of tourist amenities, water sports, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and more. A car is not necessary unless you wish to explore the beautiful southern region of Crete.

Lovely stay in beautiful area

Property spot on for a small family - great area with lovely local tavernas. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach which is well looked after with lots to do. Host lovely and provided regular cleaning and fresh linen. Would recommend

A Lovely villa

A very nice villa with all that you need for a fabulous holiday . The villa is very clean and the staff are very friendly . The upstairs master bedroom has a very comfy bed with a nice en-suite and a roof terrace area. The lounge and kitchen area is very well equipped with a large tv , comfy sofas and a nice kitchen.The location is great with a lovely beach just 200 metres away and some tavernas that overlook the beach . Plakias is just 5 mins in the car. We would highly recommend .

Spacious 2 bed house near restaurants

The staff were lovely & it was very clean. WiFi was great and you can easily walk to about 4 tavernas & the beach. Absolutely no privacy whatsoever. Many tour buses park outside all day with 100’s of people passing. We didn’t use outside/the pool as it was so overlooked. Grow privacy plants in the garden & it’ll be a huge improvement.

"I can only recommend the Villa Mythos

"I can only recommend the Villa Mythos. In the house it has everything you need: Well equipped kitchen with everything necessary, a large refrigerator with icebox, air conditioning with which you could also heat. This was very pleasant now in April. Netflix and Wifi. In each room there is a bathroom with shower with enough hot water. The pool is very refreshing. The bed linens and bath towels are changed several times a week as needed. The cleaning lady picks up the trash every day. When we arrived there was water in the fridge, fresh oranges, good homemade olive oil, spices, coffee and tea bags, sugar. There was really nothing lacking. It has a hair dryer and iron, washing machine with clothes rack and clips. The owners of the Villas are the siblings Andreas and Eva and are very warm and accommodating. You can always reach them by phone and they will come over immediately to help if you need anything. The village of Damnoni is small and has only a few restaurants, but they were not open now in April. But this is not a problem, because in five minutes you are in the bigger village Plakias and there are many good restaurants and supermarkets. We bought meat directly in the butcher's shop and it was all best quality. With the rental car we could make many excursions from our location. We would spend our vacations immediately again in the Villa Mythos. It was a super nice time and we were able to recover quite well."

Fantastic stay in a perfect location

We had a lovely time all through our stay here. Eva and her family were incredibly welcoming and generous towards us, we felt very much at home. The villa was immaculate and modern too. Perfect location with the beach just a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommend these villas.
