It is situated in one of the best parts of the exclusive residential urbanisation of Bonaire, near the historical town of Alcúdia. The cute marina and restaurants are all within a short walk from the villa and the delightful beaches only a little further on. The villa is set in immaculately landscaped gardens, with a large pool (12m x 6m) which is embedded in the manicured lawns and is surrounded by ample terraces, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.



The interior is thoughtfully laid-out, with all rooms having large windows or French doors, allowing for plenty of sunlight and lovely views over the garden. The spacious living / dining room and kitchen, which have been equipped and fitted with top-of-the-range furniture and appliances, occupy the raised ground floor. These areas have doors out onto the large terrace with its stunning views down over the Bay of Pollensa and to the mountains beyond.
