Due portici privati schermati con vista sul Golfo, palme e piscina. Questo rifugio isola con 1 camera da letto offre molto spazio per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici con un'opzione aggiuntiva per creare una seconda zona notte privata. Splendidamente arredato con tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza. Situato nell'esclusivo Placida Beach Condominiums su Little Gasparilla Island con solo 5 edifici e 30 condomini totali offre una privacy tranquilla. L'attracco per le barche adatto alla vostra imbarcazione (22 piedi al massimo) e / o il parcheggio per le auto della terraferma è assicurato e recintato dove potete guidare le associazioni (gratis !!) traghetto passeggeri 10 minuti per l'accesso alla barca solo isola dove 7 miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca per vagare, conchiglia, caccia di denti di squalo o pesce. L'isola è apprezzata da coloro che lo hanno "scoperto". Cammina sulla passerella fino alla spiaggia guardando a destra e a sinistra - vedendo solo uccelli e delfini sulla riva o avventurati in acqua verso la pesca e il kayak più belli che la Florida abbia da offrire. Vieni a goderti la tranquillità di questo rifugio nell'isola nella migliore posizione sul fronte del Golfo.
Abbiamo adorato visitare LGI negli ultimi 20 anni, quindi l'anno scorso abbiamo deciso di renderlo ancora più di una parte della nostra vita; siamo entusiasti di poter condividere la bellezza delle isole con i nostri ospiti!

Ricordati che sarai su un'isola privata, la TV e il Wi-Fi sono via satellite, ci sono occasionali interruzioni, specialmente se c'è un evento meteorologico, faremo tutto il possibile per aiutarti a riacquistare il servizio e apprezzare la tua pazienza.

L'appartamento era molto confortevole e offriva un accesso facile e veloce alla spiaggia. La spiaggia stessa era incredibile - acqua deliziosa per nuotare, conchiglie incredibili e abbondanti e chilometri di sabbia aperta e disabitata da camminare ed esplorare! Le foto e le descrizioni del condominio e della spiaggia sono accurate. I tramonti sono nell'acqua e spettacolari ogni singola notte! Se ami la spiaggia, l'oceano e la tranquillità di vivere nel suo ritmo, allora amerai il posto di Lisa e Chris. Lisa e Chris sono stati pronti a rispondere alle domande e pronti ad essere d'aiuto nel rendere il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

Il posto di Lisa e Chris era assolutamente meraviglioso e confortevole. Erano grandi comunicatori e molto reattivi. Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare presso l'esclusiva e privata Little Gasparilla Island. Il tragitto in traghetto di 10 minuti è stato facile e una volta arrivati sull'isola è stato facile ottenere le nostre cose per l'appartamento. Dobbiamo goderci un sacco di lunghe passeggiate. Non ho mai visto così tante conchiglie sulla spiaggia. Al crepuscolo abbiamo visto i delfini e i magnifici tramonti. Di notte abbiamo camminato sulla spiaggia con i fari. Seduti sui ponti del condominio potevamo sentire l'oceano tutto il giorno e la notte. Avventurandosi sull'isola, abbiamo trovato Hoots Library. La storia dell'isola è anche molto interessante. Tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato sull'isola sono stati molto carini. Questo posto è sicuramente il paradiso. Grazie, Lisa e Chris!

• Siamo stati benissimo a casa di Lisa e Chris, la location era bellissima ed erano molto reattivi. Amato appendere fuori sul proiettato in coperta la sera con il sole che tramonta sull'acqua. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto semplici, abbiamo portato il nostro bambino di 1 anno e non è stato affatto stressante. A tutti gli altri con i bambini, siamo stati in grado di noleggiare articoli per bambini da un posto a Englewood (pack-n-play) e li abbiamo consegnati direttamente all'andata di sicurezza della terraferma prima dell'arrivo, il che ci ha risparmiato ogni seccatura. Bella isola desolata, ci tornerei sicuramente!

• Il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo sull'isola !! La comunicazione di Lisa e Chris non era seconda a nessuno. La parte centrale dell'isola e la spiaggia era incredibile.

• Paradiso! L'appartamento di Lisa e Chris è esattamente come l'hanno raffigurato. La spiaggia è a 30 secondi a piedi lungo una passerella. La spiaggia è stupenda è piena di conchiglie, dollari di sabbia e persino i denti di squalo sulla riva !! I tramonti sono mozzafiato. È stato molto facile comunicare con Lisa e Chris, sono stati sempre molto disponibili e informativi per qualsiasi domanda avessimo. La piccola isola di Gasparilla è una gemma nascosta perfetta per una vacanza tranquilla, il posto di Lisa e Chris è la casa perfetta per godersi l'isola! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

The hosts were very welcoming, their house was clean and bright and wonderful to stay in, and stocked with everything you could need. By far one of the best places the two of us have stayed in.

If you’re looking for the perfect island retreat, look no further! This property has everything you could possibly need. The owners are fabulous. Their communication and willingness to ensure their guests have a great time is top notch! We spent nine days here and could have never left. After 33 years of marriage this was our first childless beach vacation! We shared so many beautiful photographs and conversations that our 17 year old booked a flight and joined us for the last 3 days of our trip! Property description and pictures don’t do this place justice. It was everything and more that we were looking for.

As close to all inclusive you can get

Whenever we arrived to the property we found it than described. I was pleasantly surprised that each time I thought of something I needed to cook, wanted to use at the beach or harbor, I looked and it was there. We felt spoiled by how well Lisa and Chris stocked and cared for the condo. We spent 7 nights and enjoyed every one. We are already planning a return trip because we did not want to leave.

This was an exceptional vacation for our family. Peaceful, relaxing and so much fun. The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals together. We stopped by a local fish market before coming onto the island, which made for some delicious dinners. We enjoyed use of kayaks, paddleboards and other beach gear. The beach is stunning and we felt like we had it to ourselves most days. It was unreal. Lisa and Chris are by far the most accomodating hosts we've ever encountered and super friendly! They helped ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We've looked at rentals on this island for years and it always seemed like it might be too much of a hassle, but we were wrong. Chris and Lisa made it easy. We cant wait to come back!

First timers on LGI with plans to return!

My family and I had a great time staying here for our first time on Little Gasparilla Island! We came with a 2 and 4 year old and were nervous about packing for a week trip on an island with little ones but Lisa and Chris did everything possible to make it all easier and a perfect trip. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the washer/dryer doing so much laundry with a young family. The hosts were SO GOOD at communicating to make sure that we could navigate having a seamless trip despite being on an island. We didn't leave the island once between our arrival and departure and found so many neat sharks teeth. Locals and frequenters are all so kind and helpful! The soundproofing between the condos was surprisingly impressive! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this LGI property. We’ve been to LGI many times before - first time in this unit. The condos are a convenient way to visit with ferry service and pool access. The unit was refreshed - modern, clean, comfortable, and with so many useful amenities. We loved the two balconies, laundry machines, A/C that works well, ice maker. You also have comfortable useful furniture, games, paper towels, spices, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We neglected to bring dishwasher tabs so we could not use the dishwasher. We also brought laundry pods and are returning home with clean clothes! Staying on the island is a little different (no cars, ferry schedule, no restaurants, repairs and improvements from past weather) but we were well aware of all this and had no qualms whatsoever. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond to assist our stay even with some temporary disruption to the normal ferry dock. This is a great unit with wonderful hosts. We definitely would stay again and would recommend to others.

Perfect getaway to relax and unplug/unwind.

Just so much to say about this property, it’s simply amazing. It’s been recently a remodeled after the recent hurricane. The condo has everything you could want. It’s very relaxing, very close to the beach, And tons of amenities that the hosts include. The included mainland gated parking and ferry was also great without adding an additional cost to this stay. The beach was amazing more shells than a person could even count. We walked the whole island several times and didn’t find a golf cart necessary. The hosts were very punctual with responses to questions, And in addition, provided the changes to the summer ferry schedule. They also gave us many recommendations for mainland restaurants. Just simply a beautiful place with great hosts and an amazing remodeled condo right next to the beach. Everything we could have asked for was right here on this hidden gem. Thanks Lisa & Chris

Easy Layed back life

This place is a true getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle. So glad we tried out this island while going with the condo. We had dinners on the balconies facing the ocean, long walks on the beach in the mornings, the property is beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and people are so friendly We brought our boat ran around exploring for days. Don Pedro Island Park is a short boat ride north we found handful of shark teeth in a matter of minutes. Lisa and Chris has been the most accommodating-going over and beyond for us host we ever dealt with. Out of all the places this is the only place we would actually rent again. Bringing our own boat was easy just pay for parking ticket at Eldridge on mainland and leave your vehicle with the trailer there till you return the channels are marked well so it was easy to navigate and find the place. At first we were nerves about all that but Lisa and Chris gave us so many detailed info to help us out. We choose never to eat out or use the ferry it was nice to just do our own thing and preferred the condo’s balcony with the view to eat at. Rent a golf cart to get around the island it’s pretty to go through it. There is a cute little tiny chapel also a short walk north. Do nothing or explore for days or mix it up it will be such a disconnect from that busy world across the bay:). I have to say I envied a little our sweet neighbours throughout the property who get to stay for months at a time:) Going out to eat in the evening is totally available a few nights just have to call the captain for a late pickup on the days it’s offered, which all that info is provided prior arrival. Again Lisa and Chris provided so much info to enjoy this neat place at its best!!!!

The location and condo were beyond expectation. When my teenage sons walked in he gasped and said, this is the best thing ever! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need from chairs to umbrellas to boards to kitchenware. They even had a little note with two black light flashlights by the front door indicating that scorpions glow in the dark. It was true! We saw dolphins and manatees up close and personal. We saw sea turtles laying eggs in the middle of the night - make sure you don’t have or shine any lights! The beach was sparsely populated and felt like it was our own. It was an amazing trip and a beautiful property.

Had a lovely stay! We had beautiful views of the ocean. We found tons of shark teeth, shells and sand dollars. Chris and Lisa’s place was clean and had a great supply of everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back! Great hosts. Thank you for everything. -Reavis Family

Great access to the beach. Quiet beach in September. If you like collecting shells. Lots to pick from. Biggest problem is like of ferry service. We shopped for groceries prior to arrival, therefore we never left the island for our stay
