spacious loft one space, it is a very central area, the loft has views of the sea, inside the apartment there is a full kitchen with utensils, sofa bed, smart tv, hot and cold air conditioning, it has 2 grills, one on the upper terrace and the other in the patio, views of the sea, close to restaurants and just 5 minutes from the beach, enjoy a comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood and a pleasant atmosphere among neighbors

It was clean and comfortable, was able to park inside behind gate which was a good thing. Not too far from the beach. Good view from the balcony of the beach and surroundings and to chill and grill...

Great Place!

Very clean and safe studio apartment. There's also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host speaks good English too so you don't have to stress about your Spanish skills. We will definitely stay hear again. Thank you for everything Rosy!

Parking is not the greatest and if you are a coffee drinker be sure to bring filters for the coffee machine (not provide).

Just Perfect!

First Family Vacation To Mexico

This was our families first visit to Mexico, we were in a perfect location near alot of different restaurants, beach and family activities. Great communication with the owner from the beginning till the end. I have no complaints about rosy place. I will be back again.

Great Location and Stay

Upon arrival. I was greeted by Rosaura. She was great and they guy (sorry, i forgot his name) that was with her was very nice and helpful. The location is great. Close to everything fun. The room was pretty good. Was provided with everything needed to be comfortable.

Cute, clean, and comfortable apartment

The apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. The owner, Rosie, is very sweet and accomodating. She left a little bottle of tequila for us with 2 shot glasses too!

Rosie is the best! Super comfy stay!

It's just as the listing says. Rosie is very sweet and bi-lingual, she is very welcoming and gives you a tour of the place lets you know how to reach her and that's it. She answers fast. A/C is awesome. Nice shower. All appliance work very well. And the places is a very nice size. And it's close to the best beach in my opinion.

Quick Getaway
