The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. This comfortable apartment of 70 sq.m will delight you with its original architectural design and conveniences offered:

A not overlooked terrace of 20 sq.m with view of the hills of Saint-Gilles on one side and the sea shore on the other side.
Capacity of accommodation for 6 people (bed of 160x200 cm in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 140x200 cm on the Mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed in the living room) with good quality bedding.

Shops are at the foot on the residence.

Lovely airy storey appartment near the beach

Beautiful light and airy top floor apartment in pedestrian precinct. Very close to cafes and shops, 100m to the calm beach. 1km south of harbour, aquarium and town 'centre'. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Suits couple or family (if children safe on stairs). Secure parking immediately behind building. Great location from which to explore the area. Our family enjoyed swimming in lagoon, SCUBA diving, glass bottom boat trip, sunset dinners and trips to the cirques and volcano.

Emplacement idéal appartement très calme Le proprietaire a été très disponible , très bonne communication. Appartement tres bien équipé à deux pas de la superbe plage de l hermitage Une immense terrasse très agréable,clim,grand frigot, aspirateur, les palmes mises à disposition les salles de bains rénovées tout etait parfait ! .tout est à proximité: les commerces restaurants Pour resumer un sejour au top nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Appartement très agréable tout proche du lagon ainsi que des différents commerces. Marché du dimanche très conviviale et au pied de l'appartement! Le contact avec le propriétaire était très chaleureux. Expérience à renouveler, je recommande.
