So glad to have your last minute reservation work out so well. Weather and all was perfect for y'all!!!

Thanks for the great pics. Sure looks like you gals had a great time!

Glad you enjoyed our pools and our beautiful beach!

I try to provide the fun stuff! You're right...lugging those beach necessities from home or having to buy them every time you go on vacay is just not practical in my book. Glad you enjoyed it all.

I like that you appreciated the lower level. It makes things much easier that's for sure! Can't wait to have you back again.

Thank you for pointing out all the important details that made your vacation better here than in other rentals your family has stayed. I sure appreciate that. I'm glad you mentioned the convenient laundry facilities too. I love having more than one washer/dryer and the large capacity as well. Can't wait to have y'all back again!

I appreciate that you recognize my personal attention to my guests. And so glad y'all enjoyed yourselves!

And you were "perfect" guests as well. Thank you for appreciating our hidden gem. We look forward to your next visit!

It was all my pleasure. Glad y'all enjoyed our condo. I will look forward to your next visit!

The "bug problem" this time of year is common in every tropical area right now due to the excessive heat & rain. They all want to come in. I have two contracts with our pest company in order to handle this season's pests as much as is possible. Being on ground floor it is important that the patio door be closed quickly as well. My cleaning company is one of the top companies and is always at your service. I am sorry you didn't contact me. I would have done anything to make your stay more comfortable. Thank you for your review.

Glad you appreciate the extras we try to provide for a convenient & comfortable stay!

It has been completely my pleasure having such perfect snowbirds. Thank you for taking such good care of our home. Hope to see you back again. That picture is simply beautiful!

I don’t think anyone can top that review! You covered it all. I really appreciate that you noticed, used, & were grateful for all the effort I put in to making our condo comfortable & enjoyable. You are right… the beautiful, uncrowded beach & courtyard view definitely make you feel like you’re in “paradise”. Thank you for being such great guests!

Hopefully on the days of inclement weather you enjoyed the indoor pool. Looking forward to your next stay as well.

Our large, uncrowded beach is one of our resort's best assets. No matter what month, there is always plenty of space. Such a pleasure having such great guests as you!

I always tell parents to check the sand & pool supplies before purchasing any....we always have plenty! Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Thanks for being such great guests!

I'm glad to hear that you ventured around & enjoyed the other pools on the resort property. I bet the kids had fun! Thanks for being our guests.

So glad to hear you enjoyed the outdoor pools as well as the indoor pool. I will have to agree with you about our mattresses. I sleep like a baby on that king sized bed!

Thank you for the short & sweet review. It says it all.

The resort has 40 acres on the Gulf of Mexico so there certainly is plenty of room to relax! It was a pleasure having you as our guests. Thanks again.

So happy to have you back again this year! Thank you for mentioning all the "extras" we provide for our guests. Looking forward to your next stay!

I's glad to hear that the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! I bet they slept like angels. We love the property and courtyard also. It is so peaceful and beautiful sitting on the patio admiring it! Thanks for being such great guests.

It's great to have the best of both worlds. Lots of amenities and the spacious property & beach. So glad you enjoyed yourselves!

So thankful that you chose to be our guests again this year. It was all our pleasure!
