We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our condo is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ The owner would like to remind you that the space you'll be staying in is their home away from home, not a hotel. As such, they ask that you treat the space with the utmost respect and care during your stay. If any issues or concerns arise, the owner will make every effort to address them as soon as possible.

★ Please note that guests will be responsible for any fines imposed by the condo association or security for breaking property rules or engaging in misconduct during their stay.
It is essential to follow all property rules and regulations to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.


★We reserve the right to decline any reservation requests from new profiles or profiles without positive reviews.


★Please don't ask for early check-in; it's entirely unnecessary, as we let guests in as soon as possible. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier


★Amenities are limited, but not guaranteed. Owners are not responsible if any of the outside amenities are not in working order; no refunds will be given.

★ Commercial vehicles, trailers, signs, and ladders on cars are strictly prohibited within the community.


★★ PARKING ★★
We want to inform you that our property has limited parking spaces available, and we can only accommodate a maximum of two cars per booking. Please note that if you bring additional cars, they will be towed at your expense.

★It's important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed at home and, therefore, may need to be removed when necessary.

★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time.

★We don't provide laundry detergent, please bring your own.


★ The owner provides one parking pass and six pool armbands for guests to use during their stay. These items will allow guests to park their vehicles conveniently and access the pool area without any issues. It's essential to keep in mind that additional parking passes and pool armbands may not be available, so guests are encouraged to take good care of these items during their stay.

★ The pool armbands provided to guests are reusable and must be returned to the unit after each departure. Please note that there will be a $40 charge for each lost armband. It is important to take good care of the armbands during your stay and return them to the unit so that future guests can reuse them.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY ★
To ensure our guests' safety, we installed a Ring doorbell camera by the Front Door. Please check the photo section for more details. Tampering with or destroying this device will result in immediate eviction.

★By booking this property, you agree to all the rules and requirements provided at the time of booking. Guests must report any issues or damages they find on the check-in day by 12 AM.

★ Please note that guests will be responsible for any fines that may be imposed by the condo association or security for breaking property rules or engaging in any form of misconduct during their stay.
It is important to adhere to all property rules and regulations in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.

★Please note that check-out time is strictly 10 AM. A $50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for every 15 minutes past 10 AM.
★ Check-in time is 4 PM.

★ After booking, please provide a copy of your driver's license as instructed. This is in addition to the photo you sent to the booking site. Failure to provide this information before arrival may result in a cancellation of your stay.

★Please send a photo of your ID, as stated in the instructions, which YOU AGREED TO DO when you booked. You may send it via the app, text, or email. NOTE: This is in addition to the photo that you sent to a booking site. If you need my phone number or email address, please let us know; we will be happy to send it to you! Not providing this information BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, will impede your ability to enter the property and could cause a cancellation of your stay. If you are uncomfortable with providing this information, you may choose to cancel the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy as stated in the reservation.

★ Please note that refunds will not be offered to guests who fail to read and fully understand the provided instructions before booking. It is the guest's responsibility to carefully review all instructions and policies related to their stay to avoid any issues or misunderstandings.


★ The pool armbands provided to guests are reusable and must be returned to the unit after each departure. Please note that there will be a $40 charge for each lost armband. It is essential to take good care of the armbands during your stay and return them to the unit so that future guests can use them again.

★ Please be aware that the cleaning fee charged is for regular departure cleaning only. Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition upon departure. Any excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

★ To ensure that all linens and bedding provided in the property are kept clean and hygienic for every guest, we kindly request that guests avoid staining the white linens provided. Please note that these linens are for personal use only and any damages caused by staining or other mishaps may result in additional charges.

★ To avoid any plumbing issues, guests are kindly requested only to flush toilet paper down the toilet. It is important to note that any plumbing fees due to clogged toilets caused by flushing inappropriate items will be the responsibility of the guests.

★ We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. Families and business travelers only. No group bookings.

★ Reservations made under pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal from the premises.

★ Please be aware that the person who made the booking must be present at check-in and must stay on the property for the entire duration of the stay. Subletting the property to others is strictly prohibited.

★ Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaping/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. No smoking on the balcony.

★ Pets and parties are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is six people, including children of any age.

★ Please note that parking is available for up to 2 cars for guests. Boats, trailers, and commercial vehicles are not allowed in the community.

★ Please be advised that the use of glitter, confetti, or any other party decorations on the property is strictly prohibited. Using such items will result in additional charges.

★ No commercial activities are allowed to be held on the property, including any filming, hair, make-up services, catering, private chefs, etc.

★ Quiet time after 10 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

★ Guests will not be given a password for the thermostat. The minimum AC setting is 70F in the summer, and the temperature can be adjusted by guests as needed.


★ LOST AND FOUND: If any items are lost during your stay, please note that the owner will make every effort to locate and return them. However, the return of lost items cannot be guaranteed. If lost items are found and need to be shipped back to the guest, the guest will be responsible for all shipping and service fees associated with returning the lost items.

★ Please be aware that decorative quilts or pillows provided in the home may need to be removed at any time if they cannot be washed on-site.
★ Rental golf carts or scooters are not allowed on the property.
