Cosy and Mar Menor frontline apartment

This one-bedroom apartment is located front-line of the Mar Menor Sea, close to the Mediterranean Sea and with incredible sea views! It has got a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, an independent and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, with a sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views.



The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.



There are air conditioning and fibre optic internet.



The apartment is located in the development Las Gemelas de Frente Marino, which has got a communal pools, open in 2023 from Easter to the end of October (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h).







LOCATION:



The development Las Gemelas de Frente Marino is located on the 13 km , front line to the Mar Menor and 600 meters from the Mediterranean. Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Supercor) and in the area there are many bars and restaurants. In this area, Tomás Maestre Marina, there is also a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
