Apartment in Zoutelande by the Beach

Welcome to one of the most beautiful places in Zoutelande, welcome to this bright holiday home! Completely redecorated and suitable for up to 6 people. The beach is literally on your doorstep, there is a spacious lawn where children can play safely outside and there are 2 balconies, one at the front and one at the rear of the apartment... Every hour of the day a place and a moment to to enjoy the Zeeland sun. Moments that stay with you!

Via the shared staircase you reach the balcony of the apartment. Here is the front door of the holiday home. The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the small-scale complex. On the first floor are the bright living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, a guest toilet and a bedroom. On the second floor there is a small landing and two bedrooms under a sloping roof. The sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with foreign channels. Wifi is also available. Next to the sitting area are the sliding glass doors to one of the beautiful balconies. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, combination microwave, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), kettle, fridge and toaster.
One bedroom, the bedroom on the first floor, has a double box spring (160 x 200 cm). In the other two bedrooms upstairs there are two separate box springs (80 x 200), which can be placed against or separately from each other. Partly due to the good layout of the bedrooms, this holiday apartment is not only suitable for couples and families, but also for 6 adults. The holiday home has one parking space available and there is also a storage room that can be used.
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted Please contact the owner one week prior to arrival by phone 0118-236060 or email info@welcome.in to discuss your arrival.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und auch die Lage ist ideal - durch den Garten direkt in den Dünen, alles was man braucht direkt erreichbar, da ortsnah gelegen. wir waren zu viert, dafür ideal. Angegeben bis zu 6 Personen, da wird es mit je nur einer Toilette und Dusche schon etwas knapp... Filter-Kaffemaschine hat so ihre Macken, aber es gibt auch eine Kapselmaschine (was leider nicht in der Anzeige beschrieben war) Kleines Manko: Der Check in mit digitalem Schloss ist umständlich, man muss immer das Smartphone zum auf- und abschließen dabei haben und die App arbeitet nicht einwandfrei (bei 2 Smartphones funktionierte die App am 2. Tag schon nicht mehr)
